The location. The sharing of the private residence. Lol no handicap parking. I want my money back!!!!

It was fairly close to the town of Jim Thorpe.

We are an older couple and the number of stairs required was not specified in the information about the motel. It was very difficult to get the luggage to the room. The rooms was also very small. The parking situation was also not good since stair climbing was required to get from the car to the room.

I have nothing nice to say about these accommodations, your service or that of the accommodations owners.

When I made the reservation, I was given to believe that I would be staying in a two-room Deluxe Queen Suite. When I and my wife arrived, we were given the codes to one room with a spa bath in the same room as the bed and a tiny bathroom without adequate space for use by two adults simultaneously. Additionally, the TV System did not function, and I had to investigate the reason and resolve it myself in order to be able to view television programs on the television screen. there was inadequate space provided in the "Bedroom" for my wife to apply her makeup. The was a shortage of bath towels for use by two adults for a two-night stay. The Proprietors of the facility sent a message regarding access to the facility only about forty-five (45) minutes before our expected arrival and provided information for a wireless guest network signal that could not be accessed with the provided information forcing us to use excess data for communication with our cell phone for text messaging and eMailing. Overall, both I and my wife rate this facility as the WORST accommodations we have ever used in our entire history of our forty years of married life which we had selected this facility to use as our base during our visit to Jim Thorpe, Pa during the celebration of our Fortieth Wedding Anniversary. We have requested that the proprietors adjust the fee collected from us for the use of the facility or offer us an accommodation for our disappointments as part of our efforts to resolve this issue amicably for all concerned. Failing that we will be contacting the issuer of the Credit Card with whihc we paid for this service and requesting a chargeback to the submitter for the cost of the service as is permitted under the terms of the Fair Credit Billing Act.

It was the smallest possible room to put people in. The bathroom had the walls crumbling near the shower.

It was quiet.

The mountain was viewed over the alley in back. The room was impossibly small. There was no staff. The name of the property is deceptive. This was a glorified row home.

Nothing, it was grim

One of the worst places we’ve ever stayed- would not recommend at all. Dated and dirty room, steep stairs as external access, poor lock systems and rubbish location if you hope to walk to any facilities! Noisy air con - so you have option of sleeping in noise or in heat. Coffee was provided - only doughnut flavoured 🤷‍♀️ We would e left immediately had anyone been there to assist but no one available.

Their was no breakfast! Ac was great, and the shower was nice and hot and cool, tv was good size

Cleansiness for sure! Found other people's socks under the bed from apparently prior customers , the comforter on bed had stains all over not sure if it was even washed or clean before we got their, room was very small and bugs in light over jacuzzi we didn't even have the desire to get in because wasn't sure if it was cleaned and sanitized! Very upsetting and had no one to talk to or tell because ev is text messaging! Also very disturbing!!!

Booked a room with a hot tub that didn’t work

exactly as described. super comfy and clean. 5* would stay here again.

Stairs leading to property are rotted and unsafe, there’s no staff at all for problems. The whole house smelled like burnt marijuana.

Nothing except staff was nice when I did not get codes for door

It was not in a good neighborhood, no view as I expected, run down and really wanted my money back

Nothing. It was a dirty dilapidated row house, not a hotel.

Everything. The crumbling sidewalk, the broken/rotted wooden stairs, the fact that IT IS NOT A HOTEL IT IS LITERALLY A ROWHOUSE. We did not stay more than 2 minutes. It was inhabitable.
