Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThere was a lot of street noise at night but that’s to be expected in a downtown location on a Saturday night.
Staff were very welcoming. Location couldn’t have been more convenient. Comfort and cleanliness were exceptional. Had everything I needed including a locker for my baggage to store after I checked out.

Exceptional staff, really clean, 10/10 room. If you want a place to stay and feel relaxed, this is the perfect place to stay. It's just in the center of downtown. Staff ALL the time makes us feel welcome, and they are very detail oriented. Stay was so much better than expected. I will give Moxy 200 points of 💯. Definitely we will return, this is going to be our place to stay in Omaha Downtoun

United StatesMuch smaller room than expected. Not having a cot available. Most of all, it says bar stays open til 1:30 am...at 11pm when we came back to room, it was like pulling teeth to order a cocktail and enjoy the hotel with a friend....they only could make a couple drinks. In addition, in the morning when you need to rebound...you can't order a cocktail. Most disappointing when you have a bar and a person to serve and don't utilize the opportunity of making money for the company
Location, clean, friendly personnel

United StatesSmall room. Lockers instead of closets in the room. However, it was probably designed to have that hostel-like vibe. It appeared someone used a marker to cover an area of black grout in the shower which ran down the wall and across the floor to the drain. The games were old, not working and/or missing parts. What’s the point of having them out? Unfortunately, a cooler that held drinks including water broke. Marriott Bonvoy, you can do a better job of maintaining your property. Generally, the staff was nice until the last day. My friend was overcharged an extra night of parking (over $35). We didn’t realize the invoice was emailed to us. The woman at the register asked for our credit cards and was going to process the charges without an invoice to look at or providing an amount she was charging. She never mentioned the invoice was emailed and appeared annoyed when I asked to see it which I did after learning my friend was overcharged.
The lounge area was casual and comfortable. Included tables, armchairs and sofas. Firm bed which I prefer, but I could see it being an issue for some people. Excellent location in the Old Market area with a variety of restaurants.

United StatesFirst night: alerted front desk to a flight delay which prevented me from arriving until next morning. They agreed to hold my room. I was charged for the first night. Next morning: arrived to find "The system" identified me as a no-show and canceled my room. They had a room i could immediately check into, but did not honor the original rate I got months before through Booking. Not too much variation in rate, and thankfully a room was still available, but this is a corporate boutique hotel, not a private boutique hotel so staff does not have flexibility to prevent automatic cancelations or make exceptions to price.
Boutique feel, highly polished. Spacious rooms (be advised- no closets but it did have hooks with some hangers.) They don't skimp on amenities. Bar in lobby also has coffee drinks too, brings in traffic at this prime Old Market location, so it's pretty lively in the lobby until the bars close at 1:30am. However, did not disturb my sleep on the 3rd floor.

United StatesIt was our first time staying at a Moxy hotel and we absolutely loved it! It’s such a unique experience but a great one. The free drink chips (1 per person for a drink at the bar or specialty coffee) was a nice amenity and surprise! The rooms were decorated great and the bed was super comfy. Also, loved the free games my the bar. Definitely would stay at a Moxy hotel again.
