There were no closets also the wash basin and bedside table is too small. The cleanliness of the hotel room can be improved.

The extra amount of hangers on the wall is great to dry the clothes and hang the hats/purse. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great and I love the ocean front view. There are games in the lobby to keep the kids/adults entertained. My husband loved the complimentary drinks and my little one loved the goldfish snack.

Overall stay was good. I just believe yall need to clean your hallway, doors and wall better.

There was no hot water on the first day and night, I could not wash off sun block with cold water. The following morning I could not have breakfast in the Cafe, I was told 2 cooks did not show up for work. I was told I would be compensated for these inconveniences. There was no soap in the room. Not on the sink and none in the shower. However, there was shampoo and conditioner. I requested bar soap, but did not receive it. If the hotel does not offer soap, perhaps have a body/shampoo product for use. Also, it would be nice to have a chair in the room.

The room was a nice size with a perfect balconey overlooking the ocean.

The air stopped working...the phones didn't work...it really wasn't what I was expecting...the room was very very small for the amount of money that we paid...there was no sink in the bathroom, microwave, and no refrigerator

The beds were not comfortable, the doors to the room were hard to open. No option for continental breakfast. Need more then 1 or 2 people for the valet.

The bar, pool was very nice, my kids loved the slide. The music bingo night was amazing.

The pool was unavailable. One of the elevators broke down. No free parking. Additional costs of $11 per day. Our room was very small. Extremely cramped.

The location was excellent, and people were extremely friendly. The game room was a fantastic addition. The bathroom was nice.

The room could've been cleaner and the water in the shower takes a little while to heat up, I guess if you're on a higher floor.

Room was small didn’t like the vanity in the hallway, not being able to control the air condition no tables the chair that they provided feel like it was gonna break

Good location property staff was knowledgeable and friendly like the lobby. The pinball machines shuffleboard the DJ. The mattress was nice and firm. The parking valet were pretty good. Like the compliment drink .

I definitely missed having in room coffee even though I brought some iced coffee I made at home so I could have that first daily cup prior to meeting the rest of the world for the day. Body wash and shampoo containers in the shower were both empty when I arrived, which was inconvenient, and I only had two partial rolls of toilet paper so had to restock myself mid-visit.

While cozy as mentioned in the listing, the room was more spacious than I anticipated, which was nice. I had room for 2 dog crates for 45-50lb dogs and still had room for my suitcase and to move around with ease. Oceanfront balcony was lovely and the furniture out there was relatively comfortable. The bed was wonderful!!!!

Housekeeping don’t clean your room during your stay they just do towels.

Perfect location, hotel has all you need to have an excellent stay. Restaurant was very good, as well the bar and their vale parking amazing. Very clean.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no microwave in the room. The staff was really nice except one valet parking guy he was very rude all the guest complained about one guy

Only problem was bar staff on Friday was inattentive and walking away several times on their cell phones and talking to people outside the bar leaving nobody behind the bar. Thursday bar staff was excellent.

If u don't like to party it's not the place for you. And also the mirror and sink are outside the bathroom. And everything has an ikea feeling to it.

The lighting in the room left a lot to be desired. It was too dark and the lights that were there were too 'focused'. We had trouble with the tv in the room, talked to someone twice and they supposedly 'fixed it' twice. Never was fixed. We also let the staff know that there was water coming up through the tiles in the bathroom. Someone came to look at it but the problem was never solved.

The simplicity of the rooms was great. The bar and check-in were great experiences. The service staff was wonderful--the valet and the check-in/bar staff specifically.
