The pool was poorly organized. We we were told others were using lunges but they weren’t. Towels not available. Just poor.

Everything! Absolutely everything! From the moment I checked in, Riccardo and the team members at Mr. C were extremely courteous, friendly, professional, and welcoming, this professionalism continued throughout my stay and every team member at Mr. C constantly went above and beyond to make the stay memorable, comfortable and pleasant. The Location was perfect. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, etc. Short Uber ride to nearby 5 star restaurant choices. The facility was spectacular. Clean. Quiet. Perfectly maintained.

The photo on booking.com showed a bay view for the room that we payed almost $400/night. When we got to our room, it was looking at a parking lot. The hotel does not sit on the bay, so the photos are misleading.

The customer service was top notch. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We liked the restaurants/shops near the hotel.

There was a party on rooftop on Saturday and the music was really loud late in the evening, but that was only one night during our stay.

The location of the Hotel is perfect, interior is amazing, staff is polite and professional. Room was really nice, had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. Each room has a balcony which is also nice to have coffee early in the morning. Breakfast at the rooftop is amazing, everyone at the hotel make you feel like you're at home. Pool is big enough and it is great to go and relax and have some drinks. Also, another great thing is you can use beach facilities on the 14th street if you want to go to the beach. You get towels and chairs and umbrella so there is nothing you need to take with you.

My stay at Mr. Coconut Grove was truly delightful. This boutique hotel offers a charming and unique atmosphere with beautifully decorated rooms and personalized touches. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend Mr. C Hotel Coconut Grove for anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay. Make sure to eat at Billini’s Restaurant (reservations highly recommended)

We made a same day reservation at MrC’s because the Mayfair cancelled our reservation on the day of check in . We had made that reservation in May. MrC’s was a happy twist for us. This is a 5 star hotel and it shows. Perfection at every turn. Will never stay anywhere else in Miami.

MrC is an amazing Hotel, with everything one would need to feel relaxed. Rooms are amazing, everything is clean and well taken care of with downservice to check if you need something in the evening. Restaurant has amazing food and the staff is professional. Going to the pool feels like you’re on top of the world with amazing views and great bar. Staff even remembers us from previous years, so it really feels like you’re at home.
