There was nothing bad The mattress could be upgraded Amazon sells excellent memory foam gel mattress for like 800 or less we put on our air bnbs people love them... We enjoyed our visit it was good for what we needed we will return when in the area

Staff very pleasant and friendly . complimentary Donughts + OJ , and ice cream and coffee a nice touch. Swimming pool clean and pleasant. Very clean. Close enough to historic old town

There seemed to be mold near the ceiling in the bathroom

Quiet and within walking distance of restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great doughnuts!

Everything was perfect the staff was amazing and the room was very clean. The kids loved the free soft serve ice cream right before the jumping in the pool. The homemade droughts for breakfast were the best. We love this hotel and will be back soon

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, great price, anf nice location. Homemade donuts or breakfast burrito options, along with soft serve ice cream and coffee were such a nice touch! Pro tip: ask for some vanilla soft serve in a coffee cup, then add some hot coffee over it.

Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Lots of treats like coffee, ice cream, fresh donuts and orange juice in the morning. Reasonably priced. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

We loved everything! There was nothing that we didn’t like.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was so spacious. The location of the hotel was great. Walkable to Main Street which is beautiful. Lots of shops and restaurants. It was quiet at times and lively and so fun in the evening.

I wish the rooms included a safe, The property could be better maintained; a hinge on a cabinet door was broken and the sofa was soiled.

The suite was large and comfortable, with the bedroom in a separate room. The kitchen area and bathroom sink are combined, giving a large sink area. There's plenty of storage space. Frosty ice cream and coffee is always available at the desk. There's no breakfast per se, but OJ and mini-donuts can be delivered to the room in the morning. Murphys main street is minutes away by car, or it's possible to walk to it in 10-15 minutes. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The towels were very small and thin. I would have appreciated a bathrobe and slippers for visiting the pool or sauna. With 2 people sharing a room, I would have liked more drawers for our clothes.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and the hotel, including pool and hot tub were clean. Everything in the room was functioning and the room was quite large. While the decor was very dated, that doesn’t matter to us as long as the room is clean and everything works well.

The location is a bit noisy due to traffic on Hwy 4, but it didn’t keep us from sleeping well. It was really noisy in the morning from activity at the gas station next door.

The location was conveniently located near to Main Street and all the lovely shops, restaurants and wine-tasting venues.

We had a great time in the area and a great stay at Murphy sweets

we love the donuts and the orange juice brought to our room in the mornings the ice cream soft serve at any time was a bonus

Its time for n ew mattresses. Putting foam pad over old mattress does not work. We have been there 7-10 times as a guest. Not a good sleep. I noticed the mattress this time. And maybe upgrade the TV.

Great staff. Nice location. I like the lobby and the decorating. Plenty of parking . A quiet location.

The only thing I can say bad was the pillows. They were very uncomfortable.

We got an early check-in with no problem. Our room was very large and clean. I will absolutely stay there again.

Rooms are slightly dated with fewer electrical outlets and OK bedding, but it's what you should expect for this type of property.

No breakfast but they provide good donuts in morning (would rather have that than terrible continental breakfast) delivered to the door, easy parking lot, staff was very nice with recommendations for local spots. It is what you want from a lower budget location stop while traveling - clean, easy, didn't have any issues with noise.

The nearby breakfast and dinner options are closed on weekdays.

Location was convenient and spacious. Liked the hot tub and sauna and lounge areas.

We was upset when Check in with staff. She ignored when she saw us standing up and said hello at front desk. We thought her ears had problem because we said "hello" 3 times, she didn't show up but she moved behind the door to continue folding bedsheets so i shouted "hello". That time she heard me. When i answered her questions, i noticed her ears normal because she heard with my soft voice. Can you ask her what happen? She didn't like we stay your hotel? She didn't welcome any customers? Doesn't she like her postion/job?

Donuts breakfast is ok, location is safe and quiet.
