    Clean and the location

At night the rooms would get warm. Would liked to have had a ceiling fan in second bedroom

The room needs to be meticulously cleaned before renting out to outsiders. Dirty counters, dirty floors, soap on shower flower, dust on everything. I sadly would expect this from a hotel, not a privately owned condo.

Condo #1 has an amazing view of the strip. We really enjoyed watching the cars go by as we happened to be there during the Hot Rod event; the patio was a great size and perfect to sit on and relax in the sun. The condo itself was a great size, and perfect for an extended family. It was very nicely decorated, and perfectly set up. There were two bedrooms and each had their own private bathroom, and a total of 3 TVS in the unit. The master bathroom was very large and the stand up shower, double sink, and jet tub were appreciated! The washer/dryer were used regularly and it was an essential amenity to have for an extended stay. The kids really enjoyed the play area which included two playground units, a basketball court, corn hole, and horse shoes (one stake missing and one horseshoe broken). We were able to walk to the play area in just a couple of minutes. Parking was never an issue, as there were enough spaces for our two vehicles. There was a Dunkin Donuts right on the corner of the street we were on.

Missing door knob broken off when we arrived (maintenance attempted to fix but it came off and he told us we "weren't supposed to touch the handle to shut the door"?! Then admitted the screw was stripped) There was a container of Texas Road house leftovers in the fridge, socks in a dresser, and old mac and cheese on the patio upon arrival. The hot water heater is NOT new. The master bedroom had an amazing jet tub that my kids loved, but before it was full enough to turn on the jets the water was coming out completely cold (wasn't fun to try and shower 6 people and share 5 minutes of hot water). A HUGE upset was the outdoor pool being closed for the season still. We booked this place because of the nice shallow splash area for the kids and were very upset that the outdoor pool wasn't open yet, and this was not stated anywhere on the website before booking. The indoor pool was warm, but too many units share one pool and it was VERY overcrowded. The master bed was very comfortable! But the bedroom didn't have working overhead lights, we had to use the side lamps. The small bedroom bed is NOT good. The head of the bed declines way too far, and we had to sleep on the bed backwards instead. The couch bed is also broken on the bottom end and it declined down very far. The list on the fridge also stated we would be charged $75 each for two robes if they are missing when we leave. But there were not any robes in the unit when we arrived. I was nervous to be charged for this so I email the owner to ask if he knew the robes were gone, and I never received a message back. The room also stated two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a shampoo and conditioner. One bathroom had these. But the master bathroom had only one partially used roll of toilet paper and no shampoo or conditioner. There was also a mop bucket, but NO mop. It would have been nice to have a way to clean the floor up.
