I didn't like that there was no breakfast included. I also didn't like that I got charged $30 extra for my yorkie to stay but was kept up all night by the other dogs but by the guests running up and down the hall, being very loud. They were up until well past midnight. I feel like I should have gotten refunded for my very quiet dog. The guests being loud isn't obviously the hotels fault but I feel like they could have reminded the other guests who were being very loud, to keep it quiet.

The room was very clean and the location was nice.

Too far from chicago city centre but it’s a great place to stay… Utensils should have been at least provided as it has a mini kitchen.

It’s pretty new structure that’s why it is still clean. I hope they can maintain the cleanliness all over to make it not dilapidated too soon… The staff was amazing and having a mini kitchen is plus but there was no kitchen utensils, how are you gonna use it for cooking then? ☺️

I didn’t like that I tried to pay with cash and was told that they didn’t accept cash. I also didn’t like that the door to the bathroom in our room wouldn’t close.

When I went to check in, the credit card that I'd used to make the booking was not accepted, even though I had used it at another MyPlace hotel the night before. I then attempted to use another card. It too was declined. It finally took the manager to sort out the issue. The second card was finally accepted after the manager contacted (support?). Both cards are used routinely and neither were locked or blocked (I checked both while standing at the registration desk).

The location is very convenient to if you are staying anywhere on the Randall Road axis between Geneva and Aurora. The rooms are comfortable and quiet.

We found a few bugs in our room. Had to do a little work to get refrigerator/freezer working.

Shower/ tub was EXTREMELY slippery. Nothing to hold on to. No bars. All tubs should have those for safety. Nice kitchenette, but no utensils, plates (not even paper) or anything to cook with (pans).

I didn't like that I had asked for an early check-in and received a confirmation to check in early, but they were not aware, so they were not ready. I ended up having to take a handicap room.

Overall, the staff and the property were just as good as they have always been.

The mattress was horrible. And the room smelled a little musty upon arrival. I always carry room spray so that helped.

This hotel is well located for my needs. I love that the room has a full fridge.

We chose accomodation without the breakfast and with kitchen in room which was nicely equipped; but without cutlery and crockery what can be quiet limitation in case of business trip when you travel very light and without luggage - at least disposable equipment in the form of cutlery, a few basic bowls, plates or cups would be useful.

Nice location for business traveling - so much quiet area with a good feeling from life-level around with fine accessibility for restaurants and various shopping.

We have one Queen and there isn’t a table or light on one side. I improvised and turned a laundry basket upside down to use as a table. The room light switch controls all overhead lights - it would be nice to have separate controls. The recliner was broken. Our room was right next to the back door which slams when it’s opened or closed. A hotel guest dog was barking for a while.

We’ve stayed here a few times as it’s pretty convenient off I-88. Spacious room with kitchenette (which we don’t use but it’s nice to know it’s there just in case). Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Close to a few restaurants and grocery.
