The walls between the rooms are not well soundproofed. I could hear everything the neighbors said and did all night.

The room was very clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I paid online on booking.com, get to the place and they tell me they have to hold a fee for incidentals and the charge would go away in 2 days but it didn’t so I ended up paying double for the same night and no one wants to fix it. Do not prepay for this place they will rip you off!

Truthfully, everything was nice at this hotel. Enjoyed the stay, enjoyed the location. Not much negative to report on this hotel or it's staff.

Definitely a nice location, right off I-94. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, overall really nice stay. I will definitely stay at one of these again.

My room had an animal (dog) smell. The hotel charged me again when I had already paid through a booking agency, that took a big chunk of money out of my account. As of today my money has not been re-deposited.

The lighting in the ceiling where one switch turns on all three lights and you can’t have each one on separately if you want. A few dishes in the kitchenette would be good as we had to go buy dishes which makes the kitchenette inefficient for travelers who don’t normally bring dishes with them.

Although the room looked as if it had recently been remodeled. The main chair in the room was so worn it looked as if it had been found in a dumpster. Very out of place.

the pillows are uncomfortable, and there's a bad smell in the room...like the rugs were not cleaned... And a little overpriced. I hope they look into this.

The hotel was okay in general, and the staff are friendly and polite.

The linen was clean, but it was microfiber, I prefer cotton. We forgot a bag with women and kids cloth in the coffee spot, but when I called back - it was never found:(

Location was great. People working there was very helpful. The room was looking much nicer than on the pictures. Facilities are new. Coffee spot is great too! Sparkling clean I would say(I am working in the hotel so I can compare).

My room was extremely hot when getting there Thursday evening. It was so hot that the heat hit ya when u opened the door. The floor, bedding, table everything was very hot to touch. Took until 6 am with air conditioner and window open to cool off. Which u should not do in N.D . Have an air conditioner and window open. There was dried toothpaste in the sink, bathroom counter dirty, table was dirty. Bathroom sink cold water didn't work. Never got my free bottle of water at check in. I asked for a refund or discount they said they couldn't do because we booked through bookings.

Toilet seat loose. Had to be careful about balance or it would move and you felt like you were going to the floor. Very busy weekend, kept forgetting to let desk know, did remember when we checked out. They thanked us and said they would get someone right on it.

Location, price, and comfortable. Will choose this hotel next time in Fargo.
