there was a kitchen but not a single pot, plate or cutlery. There was nothing close by to do or see. My plans changed and I had to stay an extra night and did not have a car so I did not get to see anything of the city.

the room was comfortable. The staff was so friendly and willing to help with whatever I needed. It was a nice and good place to stay as I was going on the train the next day.

No free breakfast, there is an option to have a small breakfast brought to your room for $7.50, I didn't use this option, so I don't know if the breakfast is good or not. The only other thing I would say is there is no pool for people who would want to swim.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, room was nice and clean. We used the laundry mat. It was clean and affordable.

The shower drain was slow, and the toilet was plugged. The pillows weren’t very supportive. The cupboards were missing plates and cutlery. I would prefer liquid soap to wash my hands.

It was a good hotel room. Nice to have a full size fridge. Mattress was actually decent. Location was excellent, as it was just across the street from the concert. All in all, it was good value for money.

Would've been nice to know kitchen not stocked. We have always had hotels with kitchen having dishes, silverware, pots provided so came with food to cook. But kitchen empty. Nothing to eat a bowl of cereal with or cook anything. Microwave food for sale downstairs is spendy. Arriving back at hotel late night after activity and hungry, gas station and restaurants closed for night, nothing to cook/eat our food we brought with was frustrating. Told due to no dishwashers. Would've been nice to know of empty kitchen cupboards to bring own things.

Dog hair all over the room, smelled like smoke, floor was dirty and the drains for both the sink and tub were very slow to drain.

Bed and pillows were nice as were the towels. Good access and location

Check in time is clearly stated as 3pm on the website. When we arrived they told us the room was not ready and they didn’t know when it would be, maybe an hour they said. We were in town for a concert and were planning on arriving at 3 so that we had enough time to get ready and not be in a rush. Because we couldn’t get in at 3, we had to sit in the parking lot and wait, then rush to get ready when we got the room. I know that it isn’t that staff’s fault, but it was just frustrating and stressful.

It was dirty. Dirty towel and garbage in bathroom, coffee maker had an old molder filter and coffee in it, the floor in the kitchen and bath were filthy when I got in shower dirt ran off my feet, no soap conditioner etc in shower and had a bad smell from being ozoned

The room wasn’t very clean. Floor could have been better vacuumed, the toilet wasn’t great and the floor when walking in could have been swept better.

Workers were a bit unmotivated. They did the motions, just nothing that stands out to be considered amazing service. The coffee pot still had old coffee and coffee filter from whoever stayed there last. It was also disappointing that it would have a kitchenette area without kitchen supplies to use. It’s almost false advertising…made you think it’d be like an airbnb and then it wasn’t.

Location was good, but Grand Forks is such a small city, you can’t really be too far from anything.

I could hear everything in the next rooms. I could hear the person staying in the room next to me snoring all night, everything that was going on in the hall. They were also vacuuming at 10pm!

My remote control only half worked. About half of the buttons didn’t work on it.

It was fine. A little pricey for the amenities that they had (no breakfast) compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at recently.

We were charged by Booking.com for the room. We get there 5 minutes after booking and no room available. We ordered a double queen and got a single queen for 3 of us. Then on our bank stmt., Booking charged us and MyPlace also charged us. NOT IMPRESSED. After talking to others, this seems to happen alot. MyPlace is playing dumb. $500 for a single queen in Grand Forks ND?? Effing ridiculous. Will never use booking again!!
