There is a lot of road noise, no breakfast. The light over the bathroom sink didn’t work, so there was a floor lamp in there! No TV channel guide or any way on the TV to know what stations were available.

We picked this because of the price and location.

Not a lot you can do about your backyard being a busy interstate. Otherwise hotel was quiet. No breakfast. ⁸

Interstate noise all night Toilet kept running off and on. Bathroom light fixtures aren't working, so a floor lamp was there in bathroom to use. This place has a lot of potential. Kitchenette is excellent. Price good.

The room has dust cobwebs on the curtain to the wall. The beds were hard. I left my personal pillow and called was told yes it was found and they would send it. It had been a month my pillow was never sent to me.

It was quiet. Shower was clean.

The staff could have been friendlier. I didn’t feel welcomed by the front desk staff, not necessarily unwelcome, but they definitely could have been friendlier. I thought it was a little pricy, I found the best price on booking.com

The location was perfect as I visited the World Wide Dreambuilders headquarters and the Spokane Valley Center Place Regional Center.

The toilet wouldn’t flush, no maintenance person to fix it, no other room to move to, given a plunger and it took me the night and the next morning until I finally got it to flush properly myself! There is no decent established pet area

Originally I had reserved it for July 18-20. I then had to change the dates to July 25-27. The price went up $70!!!! There was no big events going on in Spokane and even though there is a kitchen, this place was not worth $150/night.

I've stayed here before and liked how it was tucked away from the busyness of the city. Enjoyed the accessibility of the mall and off ramp to the freeway.

I reported a dangerous issue in the stairwell, I caught my shoe and almost fell. Given these are to be used in an emergency I felt it important to report. The desk clerks response was, “I’ll tell Robert tomorrow “

The bed frames were larger than the bed with protruding iron angles that caused an injury on my leg. Besides that, the coffee machine was broken. The electricity in the room tripped a couple times that scared us and took a while to figure out.

I was very disappointed with location in regards placement by freeway. Our room was on the end closest to the freeway. The traffic noise was unbearable. If I was to stay there again I would ask for a room on the north end.

They had laundry room but front desk had no small change to wash clothes. I had to go down the street at Hampton Inn and they were so accommodating exchanging dollars to quarters. Hampton Inn had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in which they allowed me to have some even though I wasn't a guest. Prices for washing and drying clothes was outrageous.

Location, cleanliness, laundry room was very convenient, mini kitchen. I message the property to request a first floor due to a recent knee operation and they were accommodating. Kudos to them!

The room was clean. The bed was fine but it did squeak when sitting on it or if you moved. It was comfortable for one night for us.

The bed side table had several sticky spots, assuming it got completely missed after the last guest. In the bathroom the light above the mirror was out & I was up early getting ready & did not have time to wait on house keeping. Also in the bathroom a makeup brush was on the floor hidden when the bathroom door was open. I noticed it once I shut the door & also looked the door was dirty…these are indication that room did not actually get cleaned well. I was disappointed that they did not have any kind of breakfast. Were were only there 1night so I didn’t go buy groceries to good in our room

The location was good, near to what we were in town for. The room looked to be clean & the beds were comfortable.
