Area seemed sketchy, was worried about my car overnight

Young man who booked us in excellent as was the young lady who booked us out Very clean room , comfortable bed and excellent shower Excellent stay

We went out and purchased eggs because of the great kitchen in the room …but no utensils or pans at all..I suppose we should have checked , rather than assume the kitchen would have these

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a little kitchen area to cook if we chose to. Check-in was easy and staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Bed decent, pillows not overly hard

No breakfast options. That stupid coffee maker: it had the little dumb tray for a tiny bag of coffee. The tray didn't fit. Useless. Why can't they just use Keurigs?

Very clean room and comfortable room.

Location of Room was just outside the elevator. Noisy. And next to a rail road. Although the trains went very slow which alleviated quite a bit of noise.

The location is fantastic. The rooms were clean and the staff is great.

I’m disabled and need to use a cart for luggage. Apparently the hotel only has one cart and it was lost the staff could not find it. However the lady at the front desk offered to assist me. She helped get my bags out of my vehicle and to my room. I was very appreciative she was very helpful.

Only one luggage rack for 68 rooms

Our room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was as well. Nice view of the mountains. Friendly staff.

Not having any cookware, dishes, or silverware in the room. Extremely inconvenient for staying in a room that should be equipped with these things. Yes we saw you can "rent" these from the front counter. That is extremely odd. Just put them in the rooms and leave signs stating to make sure they are washed or there will be a fee if that is the issue. I went ahead and ate my food with my fingers since there was no silverware available in our drawers.

Location near the train tracks. And room near the elevator.

Clean, excellent location, great room with amenities I wasn't expecting - large fridge!

Some sort of minimal breakfast would be nice.

DID NOT EAT. GOOD PLACE TO STAY. LOVEED THE NIGHT LIGHTS.

I asked repeatedly that this reservation be canceled, and now I have paid to stay there twice, and I only stayed once. I don't know if it is the hotel or booking.vom making this so difficult, but I am not happy 😕
