Wish it had a hallway ice machine for guests. There was only a little ice machine in the freezer that barely put out any ice, like 6 pieces at a time and we needed more than that.

The beds and bedding were super comfy! Loved the full size fridge and mini kitchen. Very helpful to have that when on a road trip.

We went out and purchased eggs because of the great kitchen in the room …but no utensils or pans at all..I suppose we should have checked , rather than assume the kitchen would have these

Everything was great.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a little kitchen area to cook if we chose to. Check-in was easy and staff were very accommodating and friendly.

No breakfast options. That stupid coffee maker: it had the little dumb tray for a tiny bag of coffee. The tray didn't fit. Useless. Why can't they just use Keurigs?

Location of Room was just outside the elevator. Noisy. And next to a rail road. Although the trains went very slow which alleviated quite a bit of noise.

I’m disabled and need to use a cart for luggage. Apparently the hotel only has one cart and it was lost the staff could not find it. However the lady at the front desk offered to assist me. She helped get my bags out of my vehicle and to my room. I was very appreciative she was very helpful.

Not having any cookware, dishes, or silverware in the room. Extremely inconvenient for staying in a room that should be equipped with these things. Yes we saw you can "rent" these from the front counter. That is extremely odd. Just put them in the rooms and leave signs stating to make sure they are washed or there will be a fee if that is the issue. I went ahead and ate my food with my fingers since there was no silverware available in our drawers.

There is zero kitchenware provided. You have nothing in it. The hotel could probably buy and have in the units the kitchenware and increase nightly rate by a colourless of dollars. In 6 months you’d start profiting from doing that.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel for a week. Very quiet hotel overall and the railway noise from time to time wasn’t a big issue at all. Very friendly and accommodating staff!

Coffee maker did not make good coffee. Room only included one small coffee pod for two people, for two nights. No conditioner in the provided container in bathroom (empty, needed to be refilled) Very noisy. Kept being woken up as people left the facility as our room was on ground floor, near side exit door.

Wifi could have been a bit better. Also if I was the Manager I’d definitely invest in the kitchenware (the is no pan, no pot, no knife, no forks or spoons in the kitchen), as you book the hotel because it has a kitchen in the room but you basically come to completely unequipped kitchen, so for many it’s useless. So, I’d basically invest in all of it and bumped the room price by $3/night. You’d break even in a month or so, and it’s pure cash-flow since then :)

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Clean facilities, close to downtown and especially I loved how close it was to the river and the parks. Would definitely stay here again.
