Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only thing I didn't like is the very low toilet. I got there before midnight and no handicapped rooms left. It was terrible every time I had to use it. My knees still hurt. You need tall toilets. Lady who was at check in wasn't friendly at all. Another young lady at desk told me I one could bring me toilet tissue after 530 I think. That I had to come down to get.. I didn't appreciate that. Party staying on third floor above me were walking and making so much noise constantly walking. I never complained because I didn't want it to get worst
Brandon was extremely friendly and helpful with my bags. Aqua was exceptional.

Absolutely fantastic and worth the price. I was a little skeptical because I’ve never of My Place Hotel before, but when speaking with the staff it appears to be a newer chain. Regardless I was informed that the building is only a few years old and it shows! Everything here so clean and fresh, so much so that it felt like we were the first ones who ever got to use our room. We didn’t have a chance to use the kitchen during this visit, but it’s a huge blessing to have access to a kitchen when you have family who are on restricted diets and it’s difficult to find restaurants than can accommodate them. It’s just so much better when you can make something fresh and don’t have to worry about pre-packing every meal or worry about spoilage. Between the cleanliness and kitchen all for a good price, this hotel has instantly become my number one pick when I’m in the area.

No pool, or breakfast but other than that you do have a kitchen with full size kitchen and 2 burners to make your own meals
The location was great close to freeway, the cleanliness, staff was great thanks Yvette for being such a great receptionist you answered all my questions upon arrival. I would recommend this hotel stay for families. The full size refrigerator and 2 burners was a plus for me. I’ll be back soon.

We booked this room because it had a kitchen. And technically it did come with a kitchen, in that there was a fridge, stove top and microwave. However if you are hoping to self cater as we were, you’ll be sorely disappointed as there is not a single pot, pan, utensil, or piece of cutlery to be found. Maybe you’re supposed to bring you own?
Lovely clean hotel in quiet location. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes drive.

The breakfast provisions seem to be more than adequate. While there is no "buffet", all the normal breakfast items are available in the lobby, can be obtained the night before and then can easily be prepared in the room.

Didn't like looking at the open closet located to the left of the TV on the main wall and right across from bed. A door would have solved this.
Rate was very fair. Place was exceptionally clean. Place has been updated and shower water pressure very good. Liked little kitchen area and full sized fridge.
