The location feels very safe, walk around the neighborhood, it's nice and quiet. The room and bed feels very comfortable, everything is new and clean. There are bars, market and food trucks just a few blocks away from the house, very convenient.

Best "luxurious" hostel BnB in the world and the best I have ever stayed in PERIOD!!! It feels more like a home in an upscale neighborhood and walking distance to shops, supermarkets, bars etc. The hosts were fabulous and generous with their time, and also met some wonderful travellers from across the globe who've become friends. Celebration of diversity and culture, acceptance and respect. Thanks MyCrib for making my stay a memorable one, one i shall never forget and will definitely return 😊 Highly Recomment 💯

The property is professionally maintained and very clean, as well as not too crowdy. I liked that I had my dorm room almost empty on almost the whole duration of my stay. There are plenty of drinks to choose from at the affordable price. Special thanks goes to the owner of the place- he was really nice and offered to help with anything. He even checked the bus stop for me upon my check-out. One note also goes to the location- almost walkable distance to the downtown area and the parks, as well as night bars if you’re down for that.

The exterior door lock is solar, so it just run out of battery once and couldn't open. If you're on one of the top bunks, the AC is right in your face and can be a bit loud. Fridge is full of food from previous visitors.

Nothing wrong!

This place really makes you feel at home! The cozy living room and the modern and well-equipped kitchen doesn’t make you feel the need to go out. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Lockers are fairly big (although my very big luggage didn’t fit..). The code-protected access (front gate, front door and room door) makes you feel safe. Hosts are super nice and available for a chat whenever they’re there! The area is central and nice, I felt safe leaving my car parked in the street at night. Great value for money!

MyCrib was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect to visit midtown and downtown Houston. Proximity to all sorts of restaurants, bars and fun activities. I stayed here while attending 2 concerts and was able to walk to and from one of them. Everyone was so kind and the hostel was always clean. I will definitely be returning.

the hostel is a beautiful house in a nice green area. inside is better than in the pictures. big kitchen and beautiful common room. clean, fresh, nice bathrooms. there is everything you need: soap, shampoo, toiletries. comfortable beds with curtains. nice and quiet atmosphere, more like at home than in a hostel.

Everything went well on my trip. The hosts were very kind and accommodated some requests or concerns I had. The guests during my stay also had good attitudes so it added to the good experience. The nice, big lockers were a great plus! Thanks again! If I am ever back in Houston again, I'll stay here most likely!

The hosts were super friendly, and the place was cozy, really well maintained, and CLEAN. The fact that you get free breakfast as well! I felt the place provided a lot more amenities than hostels do normally. I stayed here for 8 nights and would definitely do it again if I came to Houston another time.
