Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only one elevator worked, my entire stay. It rained and water kept flooding my room, it was a mess I called front desk to let them know, they did bring towels! For the price me & my family stay should have been excellent¬ to mention you have to pay for parking each day!! That's just a bit too much!! Everything should have been perfect, but it was horrible my kids did enjoy water park&arcade!

On the first floor they have portable restrooms, and smell from it , goes to the pool area and the elevators. Some spots in room is dirty, in corners and under air conditioning layers of dust. Specially dining table is super old and sticky.
Good place for family. Good water park, big pools, many hot tubs.

Bugs were behind the refrigerator and room didn’t smell like it was clean with cleaning products. Just didn’t have that fresh clean smell.
Everyone was nice and very respectful to our family . It was close to the beach so it made our view every morning beautiful.

The laundry room machines was terrible I stayed 4 night with my mom and my kid's i bring more than enough clothes for them incase but still need wash them dirty wet clothes at least 1 time because it wet but all washed and dryer machines there so terribly bad 👎 it cost me almost 15 hours back and forth for one load of clothes to dry all of washers and dryers machines there so totally stuck.

Everyone had to use the same elevator so it took a long time it was ridiculous. Terrible. They need to fixed tht problem ASAP.

Tried calling the front desk two days in a row and left a message but was unable to contact them. Showers had no water pressure. One of the elevators was down in our building making it a long wait every time going to and from our room.
The pools, hot tubs and lazy river was very nice and clean. Liked having food, entertainment and Starbucks at the hotel. Location was perfect, close to everything we needed.

Everybody smoking/ and where you have to check in across the street needs to be changed/ inform people when booking so they know

All of the staff we saw was wonderful and great except the ones that were exchanging tickets for us in the arcade. Snack shack employee was busy but very friendly. At Loco Gecko we had an extended wait and others received their food and almost done before we got to place our order but the gentleman was very friendly and apologized. But by the time we got to waterpark they were getting ready to close so we didn’t get to enjoy that. Long waits on the elevator too.
I loved almost everything! Check in was wonderful and everyone was friendly! Everything went smoothly and everything was nice and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is far enough away that there isn’t much traffic so it was quiet. Kids loved the arcade. View was great from balcony.

I had a leak in my room coming from the light fixture in the bathroom room 911 that was looked at but not resolved . Wifi didn't work the entire time, an TV worked some of the time.
