It was right on the beach, and the pool was beautiful. The restaurant was great. The breakfast buffet was so good, not included but worth the price.

A/C in rooms is not overly cold. We turned it down low low and still was just okay.

I don’t mind spending a good bit on my vacations and understand that resorts in popular places are expensive, but the fees and extra charges were extreme. Drinks were 16 to 18 dollars and the basic beers were 10. The food was priced about the same as surrounding restaurants.

It was a beautiful place. The pool is such a focal point. The room was very clean and updated and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was also very pretty.

I had made previous arrangements for special amenities to be in our room for arrival as we were celebrating our 10yr wedding anniversary. Unfortunately they did not arrive until 2.5 hours after we had arrived and after I had made a call to check on them.

Checking in was a breeze, even though when we got to our rooms the bracelets did not work! Front desk was great when I went back down. They were able to easily fix and give us new, working bracelets. Pool and beach are exactly as pictured and better in person!

Sometimes the wait is long at the valet parking. They only had two guys in and it was very busy on weekend.

Awesome location.clean and quiet Food was very good. Didn't use the spa but will next time for a massage. Parking is great and beds comfortable. Everything you want in a resort. Old adage you get what you pay for. Won't be my last visit here. Actually liked the drive from airport too. 20 minutes is perfect.

The resort itself is beautiful! Waking up and seeing the beach was the best part of my stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. The resort was very clean as well. The food here is very delicious, and I love that there were plenty of options to choose from throughout the day. I definitely will be going back!

Luxurious!!! This is the nicest hotel I have been to in my life! The service was impeccable! They all deserve a raise! Shoutout to Mike the valet who comped my valet service for the night. What a gem he is! He really made our stay. The Easter Smores were a nice touch! We will be back! ASAP!

It isn't the resort fault but prior to booking, Booking.com listed many attractions and activities that are not physically on the site

The staff were VERY welcoming. The food and drinks at Ocean Blu were amazing. Victoria at The Cove was our waitress for 2 days of our stay and she was MAGNIFICENT. The Hibiscus Spa treatment really topped the Experience. As mentioned previously, no matter what part of the resort you were in the staff was very welcoming. I felt like the stay was a 20/10 and will be making this my go to stay when visiting. There was a stain on the sheets of one of the beds upon checking in. I went to the service desk and the receptionist immediately with no questions asked accommodated me by moving the room which had a better view as well.

All the lounge chairs at the pool were like « reserved » with towels. It’s very confusing as we want to enjoy it as everyone. It’s not very fair as people seems to reserve it the day before by just putting a towel on it…

The property is truly magnificent. The outdoor pools are breathtaking, and the direct beach access couldn't be more convenient! The staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating our early check-in and even allowing us to enjoy the amenities after check-out. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to stay in the North Myrtle Beach area.

The King size bed was horrible. The mattress must be overused. We could barely sleep with the springs of the bed poking us at every turn. The sheets were hard and stiff. Not what you expect from Marriott.
