There wasn’t anything we did not like about the property. We knew the area so was fine and knew exactly where it was before booking, but if you are not driving it is a walk to get to Burbank or Toluca Lake. Only about a mile and a half but we are used to walking so we’re fine. We even walked to universal studios which took just over an hour. Magnolia street was only a short walk away but it is in a quiet neighbourhood.

The place was spotless. It was easy to access with the instructions given. Everything we needed plus more was in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels. The air conditioning was great and not loud. It was spacious, fast wifi and the bed was huge.

Very minor feedback but kitchen cooking items were a bit sparse. Could use some Tupperware as an example. But very minor issue as we only cooked one night.

Perfect little place that was set up very nicely. Lots of places within walkable distance for active individuals.

The design of the kitchen is not good. We are both about 5 ft 2 inches and found it impossible to reach plates and bowls without standing on a kitchen chair. The same was true for reaching the toaster and coffee maker. A step stool in the kitchen would help if you are not going to add another space to store the plates etc.. Also a flat top sheet before the comforter would be useful. It was quite hot during our stay and while we would happily have slept with just a sheet and no cooler with just the quilt we had no option but to run the cooler all night. Final suggestion would be a pull down blind over the front door as there is so much light that comes streaming in as soon as the sun rises, making it challenging to get a sleep in.

Lovely space with some nice touches. Definitely has all the basics and in a safe neighbourhood.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and easy. The neighborhood was peaceful and family-friendly. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The host made check-in a breeze and accommodated requests. It’s rare to find a place this nice at such an affordable price. 10/10 would recommend and would love to stay again!

There’s a window quite high up with no window covering and a street lamp outside. Although the light wasn’t at all glaring, it did mean that the property remained generally lighter at night than we are used to. I suspect most people quite like this (no issue finding the loo at night) but if you are sensitive to it, remember to bring an eye mask.

Property was lovely. It was quite small, but perfectly formed and provided a good base to visit WB studios and Universal Studios. Everything was clean and it had everything you would need. The area felt safe and we often walked to the nearby shops.

My son and I enjoyed everything about our stay. Communication with our host was quick and helpful. Access to the property was easy yet secure, the inside was spotless and it was very easy to locate the extra bedding for the guest bed. Loved being able to do a quick load of laundry before checking out and I appreciated the parking space right outside. This wasn't my first time in LA, but it was my first time staying in Burbank and I would definitely stay here again, and you should too.

We loved our stay at the Hollywood Family Nest in Burbank. It was actually our favourite accommodation while travelling around the USA for 4 weeks. Our host was fabulous. Very easy to contact and made sure to check in to make sure all was OK. The location was perfect. There were plenty of dining options. It was close to both Universal Studios and Warner Brothers. The Hollywood Family Nest had all the facilities and amenities making it a cosy, comfy place to stay. Almost like a home away from home.

The space was great Bed very comfortable (especially for someone with a bad back). Very clean Arthur was very quick to respond to any of our questions. On-site washer and drier was very helpful. Walking distance to local supermarket. Nice residential area. One of the best we have stayed in . Would definately book again.

There were some minor things. We had some construction noise from next door during afternoon hours. There is a high ceiling window without blinds and street lighting that shines through. Most of the bed is shielded from that light which didn’t make it a big deal, but if you like to sleep in it might be an issue. Would have been nice to have some more basic cooking supplies and tea stocked.

It’s a nice little cozy house with a studio layout. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped and everything was very clean. Shower water pressure was great!

the toilet seat was unstable plastic & insecure bathroom tile floor is VERY slick when wet space between far side of bed & wall is tight

the kitchen is well-stocked w/ gear - I ate cereal & chai tea that I brought w/ me all furniture is very comfortable - extra trash bags were available - dish soap was provided neighborhood is quiet & peaceful my 1st impression was the delightful sight of flowers on the table
