    nothing

no private bath, no air conditioning, no parking, not even a loading zone in front of the hotel.

    It was relatively clean.

Thin walls and extremely noisy. People were up talking loudly all night long and we didn't get any sleep. We are a couple and we booked a King, but they gave us two single beds, which were hard, small, and very uncomfortable. We didn't want to go back and ask for the right bed because the person at the front desk was miserable and acted as if it was a huge inconvenience to have to check us in. I would never go back there.

It was a very nice place and it reminded me of hostels I've been too before. I like how it had a cafe and 24 hour access. The way the bathrooms are in the hallway reminds me of my stay in New York.

    The price

I did not know the bathroom and shower were in the hallway and shared. The sink in the room was also barely functional

The hotel is very 1920's. You could imagine F. Scott Fitzgerald staying there.

Room was small but very clean.

    Location

Everything else. Noisy (all hardwood floors), thin walls. Basically a hostel.

We always stay at the Nash when attending a live show at the UC Theatre Berkeley. I would highly recommend for proximity to the venue and the staff is very helpful. Good little Chinese restaurant in the hotel as well.

    Nothing.

The location was perfect and I liked the safety of the building. Our room was clean and comfy and I appreciated the fridge and microwave. Friendly staff and good value.

Parking was tricky and only 2 hour until 6

The place has a strange smell, there were hairs on my sheets and in the shower, and there was a guy staying on my floor who was talking to himself very loudly all night. I ended up leaving early because I couldn't sleep there. The owner knew this guy was staying there, but when I complained in the morning after one of the nights he really made a lot of noise, the owner said I should've called reception or the police. I didn't think anyone would be at the reception at 3 AM.
