Facilities aren’t the same as a big hotel chain, but that’s not really what we were looking for on South Beach, we wanted an authentic boutique hotel, so it was perfect for us!

Fabulous location in the art deco district of south beach, not beach front, one block back, 5 mins to beach & restaurants. Breakfast was at the Lavender cafe, best avocado toast I’ve ever had!! Roof top pool was nice, gym was small but adequate. Staff were very courteous & helpful.

As usual in most hotels in the US, room door is letting through a lot of noise.

Breakfast served in the Cafe (Blue Lavender, belonging to the hotel) is excellent. Recommend to book it together with the room, standalone its quite expensive. Kitchen corner in the room is really good.

This is down to personal taste, I opted for breakfast included, so it's provided at the place next door. Unfortunately I didn't like the options I'd tried during my stay but again the staff were wonderful and attentive.

All staff are fantastic, with a special shout out to Orlando. Loved the room and the ease of having the rooftop pool & bar. Great location for South Beach with walking to the beach as well as plenty of nearby food and drink options. I stayed in one of the King suites, and it was such a comfortable room, great nights sleep and great area to chill out in. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! I'll be back next year ☺️

Room was spacious and had a microwave and a little fridge - very good water pressure in shower - nice pool area - friendly staff - good location within south beach (restaurants / ocean drive / beach) - public parking garage with reasonable prices close by - lobby is nicely decorated and hotel is still pretty new and well maintained

The spa temperature was too hot for anyone to use it. Housekeeping woke us up each morning. There didn’t seem to be the normal practice of not disturbing guests before a certain time or knowing who was staying and who had checked out.

Generous rooms. Well presented. Great location. Lovely building. Pool area lovely and staff member at pool was always helpful. Gym small but good well set out with the right mix of equipment. Surrounded by great restaurants. Short walk to lots of nice places

This has nothing to do with the hotel. it's a knock against the Miami beach area itself. All restaurants add a 20% service fee (tip) to your bill and then expect you to tip on top of that

Location is a 10!! But wait, there's more. Even though everything is a short walk, everything you need is probably on the premises. The restaurant is fantastic. There's a pool and hot tub on the roof and if the beach is your destination. They have towls and chairs for your convenience (free of charge) My daughter and I loved this stopnon our Florida tour, and im sure you will too

Breakfast was vegetarian and wouldn’t normally go for this but it was really good with a number of good options. OJ was fresh and pancakes amazing.

Absolutely beautiful! Great room, perfect location if you want to be close by the hustle and bustle, but not directly in it. Staff was so friendly and helpful; Mercedes was the best! The bathroom had a bath, and not only a shower. The place even has a nice porch to just chill and people watch, and next door is a healthy restaurant where you can avail discount as a hotel guest.

The breakfast is at a coffee next door which has a very limited number of options. It is a super healthy place, and my kids had a hard time finding things to eat. It opens at 8:00, so we had to eat somewhere else when we had zn early tour.

Location is amazing, the stuff is friendly, the room was huge and beautiful, the pool is nice. The also provide chairs and toys for the beach.

The ac was locked at 70 degrees. Not a deal breaker at all, was just a little warmer in the room then we would have liked.

The Staff is amazing and friendly! Bellman always opened the door whenever we left or came in, took my towels from the beach as soon as we got back. Room was very spacious, clean, and modern. I only had one small complaint and it's not really a complaint about the bar, I wish the bar was stocked a little better. Solid 9.8!! Well worth the money and I would definitely come back!!!

breakfast was excellent, great that it had gluten free and vegan options room was very clean and spacious. bed super comfortable. sofa also very comfortable coffee machine in room provided excellent coffee walking distance to convention center and a block away from beach. appreciated very much that beach towel and chair provided by hotel liked that the pool water is salt and not chlorine based. fitness center modern and very clean

Bad smell at the elevator

Great hotel and atmosphere, super kind staff, always with a smile. The hotel is brand new and have perfect location and nice roof pool.
