We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe wifi could be better. The rooms are a little dated. We wish the small rec building was open in some capacity.
A great little motor lodge on HWY-2. Clean rooms. SUPER comfy beds. Our sleep was incredibly restful. Easy contact free check-in. The housekeeping staff were SO FRIENDLY! The nearby beaches are amazing. There are none better in Michigan. It's next to a King's Fish Market and across the street from Hiawatha Pasties. Just a ways down is Village Pizza and beer garden, and Coffee Alley. All 4 of these places fed us for 3 days in Naubinway, and we would happily eat more.

United StatesAlthough ok for us, I can see where safety would be an issue for elderly or those with reduced flexibility. The little shelf above the tiny sink was dangerously close for head to hit, & there was nothing to help prevent slip & fall in the shower. I had to be very careful. They should consider a hand rail on the shower wall, or at least something anti-slip on the tub bottom.
Breakfast was within walking distance. Room was small, but adequate & very clean. The soaps & shampoo were fantastic! Parking was just outside of door, making it convenient. Checkin & checkout was very easy.

CanadaWe were surprised to find the office closed and no staff on site. I don’t have data on my phone in the US so had to ask another customer to relay my questions to the proprietor. If we had arrived any later than we did (7:30pm) we may not have had a place to stay. It should be clearly stated on the web and on the booking confirmation how to check in .
The price for the room was much more reasonable than what we had seen in the larger towns. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had been updated recently. Wifi was OK
