We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI didn't need a room with 2 beds as I was alone however the first bed I tried to sleep in was very bad. The mattress on the first bed was so broke down on the one side i kept rolling. Also there was no remote for the TV. I had to wait for them to find me one than I had to google how to pair it to the tv. The price was also more than double what it was when I stayed there last month.

United StatesEverything. Linens were used and stained. Linen matress smelled like body order , and dirt in the bed., cob webs under the head board. The refrigerator fan made an awful and loud noise all nightm the entry door needed to be slamed each time to lock it. The entry door was also open , with the lights and heat on high as i approached the door. The bathroom exhaustbfan was ungodly loud. Could not have light on with it being on. The cable tv/wi fi did mot work for a full night and day , microwave was firty and completely covered i. Rust as well as the shower rod in batbroom. No hot water. No wall mirror in main room area. This place is the absolute worst ive ever stayed in. As a victim of d.m the night i checked in, i was limited with funds, had a broken jaw, and 3 broken teeth. I was comoketwky exhausted and needed rest. However i felt worse andnmore unsafe once i was there. Mentioned these factors to staff and it seemed to just go in one ear amdnoyt the other. I will not be returning to this gross, God knows what type of illness or disease await for u again. Horrible stay!!!

United StatesDidn't stay. Closed at 10 but told them I'd be late (about 10:30) and they charged my card (which they also said I could pay cash) and wouldn't answer the phone to check me in. The awesome place i found after that told me they had 3 others show up there with the same problem. AND the owners live on site so no excuses.

United StatesThey do not offer breakfast, that was explained and understood. The room had a strange smell that hits your nose when you enter in there. I guess they need thorough cleaning. The room smelt of cigarette smoke. There is need to change the beddings are not that pleasant.
