The house inside and out needs some upkeep, The yard was unkempt and there were dust bunnies in the rooms and the floors left our socks pretty black.

The living area was roomy and it was in a quiet area. We liked having the two bathrooms, one for each couple.

It was in a quiet neighborhood but close to the grocery store and our events. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, knives and a few spices. Lots of space and it was clean.

The property was not very clean. I booked based on the reviews that stated the place was very clean. The bed sheets were not washed or changed. They had other peoples hair on them. The floor wasn’t clean and there were dirty pots in the cabinet.

The property was spacious and in a great location. It had all the needed amenities.

The pillows were uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have enough laundry detergent for 1 or 2 batches.

The house was clean and attractive. It was a location that was convenient to restaurants and stores. It was was quiet. Easy for us to.go to Zion.

There needs to be window coverings in the kitchen and front door area. It was kind of creepy not having privacy after dark where anybody could see into the place.

I really liked the openness of the place, the quiet location, and the ease of access to the property. Communication was great with the property management and owners.

It felt pretty impersonal. Sparsley furnished. Glass cup with about 6 mints. They removed all of the doors from the closets and storage - which was odd. They could have provided a more comfortable environment with a throw blanket, or magazines and books for visitors. The outside was a fenced yard with no seating. All over the neighborhood and surrounding houses looked a little sketch, with junk on the side walks, junk cars in the front lawns. Very very basic amenities.

It was clean. Felt very sterile, sparsely furnished. Newer remodeled kitchen.

There could be better cooking supplies. The cutting boards weren’t great and the pans weren’t the best. But it was manageable.

We could not make bacon for breakfast because there was not a frying pan, nor a baking sheet. The following items you should bring if you are planning to cook. 1. A better can opener 2. A baking sheet or two 3. An additional pair of tongs 4. A vegetable peeler 5. A quality whip and 6. Measuring cups

We enjoyed the space of the house. It was super clean and had a fairly stocked kitchen. There was a nice backyard for our dog, and the neighborhood felt safe to take long walks with our dog. This is definitely a do-over for future family events. I highly recommend this property in Cedar City, Utah!

The walls and bathroom doors, trim were completely dirty. The beds were not comfortable. It advertised it sleeps 7 and had an adult sleep on top of bunk bed. Table on had 6 chairs so we had to go buy a camping chair at Walmart. No place to set your suitcases than on the floor. Bare minimum utensils, plates, etc. Bare minimum cooking items, pans, no cooking sheets or hardly anything thing to cook with, not even salt and pepper. Barely had enough toilet paper. The yard was not kept up and the back patio was very dirty. The towels were old and stingy. Not enough seating in the living room for no more than 4 people. I could go on and on!!

It would’ve been nice to have a slow cooker, additional silverware and some wine glasses. Otherwise, everything was great.

Very convenient location and close to the Shakespeare Festival. There was plenty of room for our group and they allowed dogs!

Stains on the sheets, crumbs in the refrigerator, no curtains on the front and back door (no privacy), hairs on the bathroom door. We didn’t know there were people in the basement. Advertised as 20 minutes away from Zion but it was actually an hour and 7 minutes away. Home smelled dusky
