Sliding glass door without a lock and with just a pole to try to make secure. Door could slide open an inch or two with pole in place. Heard laundry facility at 8a through bedroom floor vent, and saw light. Laundry must've been directly below our unit. Bathroom window crank wouldn't open window. Place is for sale.... May explain maintenance issues.

Good location. Nice landscaping in backyard. Great bed and AC. Clean room. Very helpful housekeeping. Cute theme, PostBoy room. Never met staff, but very responsive by phone for linen needs. Not there but to sleep, as family had VRBO nearby for large group. Quiet area.

The location was great, everything in walking distance. The only thing I could say negative would be we couldn’t control the temperature in the room. Which really wasn’t even that big of deal, it’s just the first night it did get a little warm.

Location is perfect for any time of year in New Buffalo. The room itself was charming and comfortable - love the fireplace in the room. And the hot tub in the back was great and added to the relaxing vibe. I would 100% stay here again.

The property is very clean and well maintained. It has all the needed things to make you feel at home. We will be back . Highly recommend the backyard is beautiful with an awesome hot tub that you can look at the stars while sitting in.

Occasional noise from traffic on main road. While feeling safe on 2nd floor, getting my things up the stairs was a lot for my age. I will seek a first floor next time!

Spacious but cozy accommodations. Very homey! Felt safe as a solo traveler. Close to everything, but off the beaten path. Quiet. Restive. Lovely backyard garden area. Just what I was seeking!

Just the pillows.

The inn is perfect- we stayed in the Stag Harbor room and it was wonderful. Everything was clean and worked well. The spa tub was very nice and never ran out of hot water. The only downside for us- were the pillows- they were not good at all. Even with several on the bed- you needed to use all of them plus some. Overall is was a nice getaway. The tv was a huge plus with Netflix available and other streaming services.

The only thing was that there was a decorative boat outside our room and there was a bad storm during the night and the rain was hitting it like a loud drum.

It was very convenient to the beach and traveling to different sites in the area. The room was very large. Having the kitchen meant we could do breakfast before leaving and bring back leftovers. Felt very beachy.
