We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe bed sheets was dirty with stains and burned marks all in it, then they sent more sheets and they were worse then the ones on the bed. Then they sent blankets that's had burned holes in it..I just couldn't sleep had to leave the place 2 hours after getting there. The towels were dirty and nasty iys no place ro go even if you are homeless

United States of AmericaI didn't like anything about the place I didn't like the fact that the pictures that you see online are totally misleading such a waste of time and money and the great thing about it was you have 20 minutes to change your mind they do that for a reason so they can keep your money after 20 minutes elapsed don't waste your money I would not recommend also my room had exposed wires in the bathroom and in the picture frame I seen what look like a bed bug smashed too

United States of AmericaThe place was filthy. Bathroom: hairs on walls of showers (not ours). Chips of soap in shower. Big hole in the wall behind door. I pulled the bedspread back and there was a piece of uncooked macaroni! The sheet was awful. Someone took the picture off the wall. The TV wouldn't work. My partner went to the office but TV still didn't work.
No breakfast available. We did not want to stay there. We checked next door but they were filled.

United States of AmericaThere was roaches, bugs and very dirty! There was mold in the bathroom, and bedroom. No trash bags for the trash can. Towels had stains. Fridge didn't work an smell horrible. Stains in the carpet.
It was walking distance to a 711 store and McDonald's to get food and drinks especially when you don't drive.

I didn't like nothing that was dead bed bugs it was disgusting it stunk and was only there a couple hours you ask for the money back and they tell you they can't do it you didn't even stay a whole night you wasn't even there 5 hours I was only there maybe two and a half and then I went to looking and I seen dead bed bugs and then there's some on the bed so I tried to get the money back they won't give it so I left

United States of AmericaThe cleanliness was non existent the 1st room smelled like urine and was filthy. The refrigerator was filled with old food from someone else, the toilet was extremely dirty and soiled. The tub had tape in it because of a large crack in it and was stained horribly as well. The sheets omg I don't know where to begin. Let's just say it was bad. I called the office and she had 2 kids come to clean the fridge but could not get the stuff out of the freezer because it needed defrosted. Then I was moved to another room and the only thing that was better was the tub. At that point I just gave up.
The lady named Heather was pleasant was she arrived to open the front office after waiting to get in at my arrival time.

We didn’t see any when we first got to the room but upon waking up in the morning and going to the bathroom there was roaches running up the walls, floors, and counters.
The location was nice as there was a little of everything that was nearby.

United States of AmericaThe toilet was broken every day. First room had NO hot water the shower faucet was hanging also the shower head. When we reported the toilet they said they e clerwould fix it. The next night we flushed it. Same thing it stopped flushing. 4 days No regard to fix it properly. The clerk at night was nice but maintenance did not fix problems. Place was a dump. Wish I had taken pictures. People at restaurant also told us that lodge was for prostitutes. Wish you would check your hotels.

Rooms were dirty and when I mean dirty. Really dirty. Comforters were ripped, 2 half washed towels, dirty chair, rooms were smelly, toilet seat was dirty and so was the bath tub. The only good thing was the staff. They let me extend my check out time as I was there on a business trip and had to attend a call. Staff : Great. Rooms: horrible.

The hotel was so dirty I cleaned and stripped the beds down sprayed them down and put my own sheets and blankets on the beds I have pics of the bedroom dirty roaches crawling and everything. The ladies at the office more worried about my kids visiting my room then her staff keeping the hotel up to par.

United States of AmericaWorse palce i ever been, 2 small towels, they dont have any shampo or anything else, dirty place stains on walls... after i came back and ask for an other room it was same thing, i went back and talk to front desk and told them that im not happy with rooms, lady promise me to refund me, but they still charge me. Do yourself a favore and get better quality rooms for same money they charge.
