Everything was laid out great clean close to the beach worked out just great

One bedroom was actually a balcony off the master bedroom which was later enclosed. You have to walk through the master bedroom to get to it. There is a portable air conditioner to cool the enclosed balcony. If you are with kids and not another couple, it is fine.

The house was spacious and comfortable. You can park right in front of the house. The beds were comfortable. There was also a community pool to use right out the back door. Beach towels and chairs were included, which made things easy. The kitchen had all necessary items and even a few extras. We, of course, spent most of our time out and about and not actually in the house.

The house was very clean and had plenty of space. I loved the location it was close to everything and the pool was really clean. It was more than I expected and the home had everything we needed. The beach necessitates was a plus most definitely would book again.

This place had everything you could think of needing. Beach chairs,an umbrella,pool toys, you name it! Short walk to Miramar Beach Access. Nice pool in the center of the property. It came with small shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles for showering;With plenty of towels. The kitchen cookware was wonderful to have for cooking. The home came with a washer and dryer unit for laundry. The home was clean,cozy, with lovely decor and nestled in a quiet community. Easy check in and check out. Great host! Absolutely loved it!! Our Family will be back!

The thermostat wouldn't let us adjust the temperature to cooler temp. We had to reach out to the property manager upon arrival to get them to contact the owner to turn the thermostat down from 73 degrees. There is a cabinet in the kitchen just to the left of the stove that is on the bottom that is not on the top hinge so when opening it use care as it will startle you if you are not expecting it. The listing did not state that there are only two available parking spots and I felt that need to be clarified in the listing rather than reading it on the post at the property upon arrival.

The home was very clean and kempt, it was spacious and fit the needs of my family. It is close to the beach, so you can walk down instead of trying to battle traffic which is a plus. This was a quite community which allowed for the rest and relaxation that we had hoped for while on this vacation. The community pool was hands down a winner for both my husband and my children. We loved that they offered beach chairs at this property and had a toy basket for the kids at the pool or the beach. The kitchen had stocked supplies to cook which made it convenient. The washer and dryer was accommodating so that we did not have to travel home with our clothes full of sand. Overall this is a great place to stay when you are with your family on vacation.

Would of liked to have a few more pans or cookie sheets. But, it was not a big deal. Loved how close to the beach it was.

Only thing I would say is the pool only being open Til 10. By time we got done with everything we were doing for the day and getting back to house it was always too late. But it's not a big deal cuz we enjoyed the ocean many days and even nights.

The home was clean, spacious, and just beautiful. It was very close to the beach. The home was very cool for the hot days outside. Air worked great. I loved how they have so many extra pillows and blankets. The whole experience was wonderful. I'd definitely book this again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel at home away from home.

Nothing against host or cleaning crew. We big football fans and all the games were talking in Spanish and English at the same time.

Very close to restaurants, stores, and beaches within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. Home clean and welcoming. Home looks just like the pictures.

master bedroom door didn’t lock, ( had a toddler with us, would have been helpful to be able to lock the door so he wouldn’t go down the stairs but we had a baby gate with us so no big deal

Our host Maria Kazak was excellent, very punctual, and attended to ever question or concern. Loved the location, close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, night life. The property was immaculate and well kept. Locals were friendly and access to the property was easy.
