The room smelled terrible, there was mold in the shower, the phone didn’t work neither did the hairdryer. When I went down to the front desk to let them know they were already aware. Not cool.

The hallways were dirty like they don’t own a vacuum. The bathtub looks like it’s just perpetually dirty. There was not a single accessible outlet by the bed to charge your phone. The bed was hard as a rock. Housekeeping barely came to empty trash and make a bed. Didn’t even bother to vacuum. Which being on the ocean, we ended up with so much sand by the end of the week.

The pool and lobby were very nice and well maintained.

The lady who checked us in was so rude. Later we asked three times for a coffee top up before we got it. Pool staff very good, hotel staff poor. Housekeeping only make the bed and replenish towels. The hotel rooms are very rundown, however having said that everything in our room worked OK and the room was comfortable. Beware of construction noise.

Great location right on the beach, best appreciated with an oceanfront room. Lots of restaurants across the road.

Dated - old and dirty furniture and carpets. Bath tub was painted over. It is hard to find chairs around the pool unless you pay beaucoup dinero for the day. Found crawling bugs in bathroom. No cloth hangers.

Right on the beach. Location of property. Nice view from room. The place is under remodeling and the floor plans look like it will be a nice place in the future.

The rooms are not clean they need to train housekeepers to do a better job of cleaning! I ask for a vacuum cleaner they told me no go to the front desk!!! the floor was really nasty.

Parking cost & parking lot was across the street. We were woken up at 5am by a domestic dispute that we had to call front desk to call 911 & send security as there was a female screaming in the hallway for help & getting beat & drug to her room. It continued through the morning. We were exhausted. No staff came to check on us or offer late check in.

Room very old and needs to be updated. Bed was not too comfortable and bathroom had mold around the tub however they did say that they were in the process of renovating.

The staff at the pool and beach were really nice and took care of us. Brought towels and prepared the beds by the pool. Location is great!

The refrigerator in our room had been turned off and smelled bad. Your staff took care of it however and brought a different refrigerator. We had no cups or glasses in the room, but your staff brought them as well. They should have been there without us asking. Would have been nice to have coffee in the room.

The property needs major updates in the rooms..they are outdated. Needs to be deep cleaned because there was mold in the shower, sheets were dirty and I had pink eye for the whole stay.

Loved how the property was right by the water, with the ocean view! The pool was heated and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

the rooms are a bit outdated, and they can really change the old carpets in the rooms. Overall, its good value for money, pool and beach is amazing, good gym, buzt the carpets in the room ruin it... hope they willl do something about it soon :)

The property is in construction and the didn’t say nothing before the reservation. You pay your reservation with fees and when you arrive at the hotel you must pay more fees.

Some changes about pool time. For the last 10 years it’s never been like that when the pool is closed very early at 8.00 p.m. in the evening time while the other hotels’ pools are open till 10.00 p.m at the same seashore. People come to enjoy their rest but not stay in the room after 8.00 pm. That’s the biggest minus for this hotel. There is much lie on the part of the hotel managers about the city policy. Very disappointed.

TV in one room didn't work. Nobody was available on site to fix it. Front desk person was rude on combative. told me its my decision not to stay at Hyatt properties in the future. I had to wait 1 hour after check-in time to get my rooms horrible customer service.
