I did not like that the website shows these great rooms and that they serve breakfast and neither was accurate. All we had was a top sheet on our bed and what looked like a table runner at the foot of it. When I went to hang out at pool because it would be less crowded at sundown, it was locked with no pool hours posted so that we would know. Even though room was clean it was outdated with damages to room. Had to hold handle down to flush toilet or what came out did not go down.

I liked that they had a clean pool, that we could do late night check in and that staff checked on your concerns. Staff was very attentive and polite during check in and check out. The area we stayed in was quiet and relaxed. When I locked myself out of room they did not hesitate to make another key card no questions asked. The shower had excellent water pressure and water always hot and ready at all times.

The door was old and rough looking, the pool closed at 9pm, the chair arm was falling apart.

The location to restaurants and the casino boat. The pool was heated and clean. The bed was comfortable. Security cameras everywhere.

I didn't like the fact that they have a baby toilet bowl the toilet bowl you got to be 3 ft 4 and your feet will probably still hang off of it 🤣

Questionable surrounding and guests. It's not a comforting feeling when you open your door and find other guests who have tweaked eyes and party fever all around.

Has to switch rooms because first room was unacceptable. Motel was old and needed renovation. Bathroom was old and barely adequate. Snack machines did not work and few services .

King bed was comfortable . Quiet location and parking available.

I did not like the fact that I am a 51yr old and have to be told I can't guest or. Company past 10pm what is this a daycare or a hotel? 😡 I could stay at any Disney hotel and not get treated like a kid! 🤦🏾‍♂️ smdh!

If u book online they will still upcharge you the money you saved by booking through a 3rd party so that your total is what the hotel desk rates are and went to extend our stay another night and they also wanted to charge me a $10.00 early check in when I was already checked in I was just simply extending my stay! Got pretty heated when I addressed that issue and the manager said check out come back at 3pm if I didn't want to pay the early check in fee never heard that before if I was checked in a nite already !!

The bathtub appeared to have látex paint in the Boston. The dirty water would, only drain out, slowly.

after staying here for approximately different occasions this month the last time I booked a room I got a car three confirmations for the room only to get there and they told me I can I have a do not rent on me I took a cab there I had my dinner and the last minute I had to find a new motel she said she emailed me something I never got anything I got proof all I have is confirmations I'll be happy to send you those screenshots poor management poor communication I was a happy regular customer
