You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

fresh fruit options at breakfast. and yogurt that isn't filled with sugar or artificial sweeteners .
breakfast was typical hotel fair. nothing special but very adequate. location was good. not a noisy area and close to restaurants. hotel was kept up very nice with comfortable beds and good towels and bedding.

A/C was a bit temperamental and room attendants could have been a bit more personable
Breakfast was fabulous and breakfast attendant was very attentive and pleasant!

when we got there around 10 on Friday, there was no one to check us in.I kept saying hello??? I finally walked around the counter and the clerk was livid- how dare I come around the counter. When I made the reservation in September, I asked specifically for upper floor and AWAY from the elevator. I was told that they would honor that request no problem. I was on upper floor but right ACROSS from the elevator. I tried to talk to the clerks but they had an attitude and said pretty much-oh well! I gotten woken up both mornings by loud voices at the elevator, exactly why I asked specifically to not be by the elevator. very frustrating.
it was convenient. The highway noise was loud but that’s what made it convenient.

Rooms were a little small

Dust in my room. The towels that were in the room were Motel 6 quality. When I shared this with the front desk I was given appropriate towels.
Breakfast is nice. Jacuzzi was a bonus.

Breakfast was delicious. However, most items were empty when my family and I came to breakfast at approx 8:30. We had to wait for them to be restocked. Juice was not offered. Only milk, coffee, tea. My kids love juice.

Breakfast was very limited. Housekeeping terrible. Didn’t sweep, maybe got trash a few times and we were there a week. Never made beds. Disappointing for a Marriott hotel. Hot tub did no good. Like bath water.
We liked the set up of the room. We liked that it had a pool and that it was a good central location for vacation.

Location was not what I expected. It was further away from my search than anticipated. I was provided information that it was 1.5 miles from the address I submitted but it was about 5.5 miles. Breakfast was bare bones. Not what I expected at all. Some mornings they put out eggs and sausage but sometimes they did not. Choices were limited. Internet was terrible. Featured internet TV but only got NetFlix to load one night. FOX NEWS WAS BLOCKED. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME.

It was very upsetting it was my daughters bday and we were going to jershey park the next day so i chose a hotel with an indoor pool to keep them busy for the night and when we arrived the pool was down for mainteance they could had definitely not had adveritised the pool then and breakfast included was an prewrapped muffin r u serious smh and in the pictures the coffee station was amazing with flavored creamers and everything NOT AT ALL TRUE COFFEE WAS DISGUSTING

Everything. Filthy room with burnt smell, dirty upon arrival and not cleaned until following day and never contacted by manager despite multiple attempts to reach them. No compensation offered. Multiple members of our party had issues with stay. This property should not carry Marriott brand.

the lobby door only opened part way, the deadbolt lock on my room door was broken, the closet door was off the hinges and the room was not very clean. i looked at the air filters and they were gross. and there was food ground into the carpet. i paid 90 bucks for the room located off the 83 highway in new cumberland Pennylvania and ive paid less for a high rise suite with a view of new york city.
the staff were very nice and it was right off the freeway.

The housekeepers don’t check everyday to see if you need anything and or clean up we had to go find trash bags and more blankets also the breakfast had two things
The front desk people were really nice
