1. There were no washcloths. I understand these can walk away with guests, but they’re still a staple. 2. The tv in the second downstairs bedroom is clearly dying. The screen was dark, despite changing settings. 3. The door in that same room didn’t stay closed. 4. The bathrooms didn’t have shower gel/ soap. We did pack our own, but that would also be a staple considering the ample hair conditioner provided. 5. Please add printed house rules/check out instructions. This could be included with the wifi instructions already posted in the kitchen.

The attention to detail is amazing (e.g. each room has a tv, the extra folding beds, the sofa beds and the fans in each room). The host checked on us the second day of our stay. Seamless check in and check out process. There is a lot of space for a family or a group to stay at this house. The bathrooms are beautiful…shower only downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with nearly everything one needs to cook. The full size washer and dryer are a plus. I was concerned as the neighborhood was labeled as “the hood”, but the street was quiet. I saw three churches within 1/4 mile and a mosque less than a 5 minute walk.

The neighborhood could use some updating, but don’t let that scare you off. We felt safe, the neighborhood was very quiet, and parking on the street was easy.

The house was well appointed, clean, and slept 7 adults comfortably. Centrally located in Buffalo made it easy getting everywhere we wanted.

3 minor things (we all have areas of improvement!): 1) There should be a better way to communicate the key pad code (there was a different code on the Booking app, and I was there trying to get in at 2am). 2) There was something off with the door handle that even after the correct key code it was slightly hard to unlock the door 3) There was a strong smell of air freshener in the room that I had to air out. I don't think that was needed.

There was a dish found in the upstairs bathroom with old food on it. It was some extra beds laying up against the wall upstairs with stains on them.

Overall it was comfy and the location was good for where we was going.

Location is horrible, very bad neighborhood, the sofas were dirty and stained, the towels didn’t look clean too, the bedsheet and the comforters were not clean and not washed for new guests.

The location was not ideal. My children felt unsafe and there were people watching us check-in and it felt very concerning.
