Parking garage has makes spots for the hotel but it doesn’t appear that enforced. We didn’t get a tag nor did the front desk take our car information so on the weekend nights it was hard to find parking. Wish the hotel would look into hanging tags or something for those “reserved” spots

Hotel snob here! If you’re looking for clean, this is your place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The entire area is enjoyable. Travels with 4 - 2 adults and 2 teenage kids and old definitely recommend this hotel!

There wasn't anything during my stay that I didn't like about the hotel.

I had a wonderful time staying at the nickel plate hotel, the staff was a big reason for why it was so wonderful. They were so nice and cheerful and always made me smile when talking to them. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and plan to stay here again.

My best friend and I had an amazing time and we absolutely loved the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Jamal. He was so helpful, answering all our questions and guiding us to great food spots and bars. He was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable. The hotel and room were spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. I’m already planning a trip back with my husband!" This version keeps the enthusiasm while making it a bit more concise and polished. Let me know if you'd like any other changes!

When I booked the hotel is said breakfast included, but you have to pay for breakfast through their restaurant.

The restaurant menu and quality of the food. The breaded tenderloin was subpar with a very tough cut of pork and grease, tasted rancid The manager was nice and gave us two complementary breakfast the next morning, but I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and instead of putting the cheese in with the egg and beating it and then cooking it. They just threw the cheese on top so it was like globs of it The potatoes were frozen and deep fried. The wheat toast was excellent though, as was the butter and the jam Hot tea was a plus

The decor is brilliantly designed. Not too noisy with kids running around is a plus! When we stay at the Embassy suites it seems like it’s nothing but sports teams and little kids taking over the pool etc Loved the water stations on each floor near the ice machines

Dining room was a bit disorganized at breakfast time although the food was first-rate.

Distinctive design, quirky yet contemporary. Everything looked and felt (and smelled) new. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Jamal who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable.

Beautiful , has a restaurant and bar. Great location easy to walk places or quick Uber. Close to Ruoff, definitely our place when go to a concert in the future. Also close to Top Golf

There was nothing I didn’t like! Train staff to work the espresso machine. I would have spent more money on coffee!

Drinks at the bar were amazing! The room was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious and decor was beautifully. Staff was superb: Jamal, Jacy, Ashley, Mandi, and Teresa! Did I say Jamal, he was the friendliest and most respectful….don’t let him go! We had breakfast and dinner and both were very good. We will be back!
