We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe hotel charged me at 10 am before I even arrived, and still asked for a credit card. Room had window wide open and no a/c running (it's 90+ outside!) turned A/c on and barely getting cooler. The carpet feels very gross, and the shower still had an empty shampoo bottle from probably the last guest.... personally didn't feel like this was worth the $106 I paid for 2 queen beds for 1 night!! Outlet by the sink didn't work and could barely find any other outlets to use for charging.

United StatesThe hotel is very run down, outdated, not maintained well. The shower in the bathroom didn't work, the freezer wasn't working, the carpet looked like it'd been there for 100 years. I would not stay there again unless I really had to.
We needed an inexpensive option at this location so we found it. The room was ok-ish, could have been better but I guess this is the situation when you can say "You get what you pay for". There were towels and the bed was ok, so our basic needs were met.

United StatesThe sheets were dirty and they acted like me asking for clean sheets was an issue. Microwave is broken and would flip the power of to the whole room. Tv remote didn't work asked for new battery's was told no, bought some and it still didn't work. Ac was broken wouldn't blow cold air just warm air had to go by a fan to even be comfortable. Half the rooms power didn't even work unless u had the light above the sink on. Was just a mess. I'd avoid this place unless it's the last resort.

United StatesThere were many things to not like such as the bedding smelling like smoke, bedding had stains on the sheets. The floors were filthy around the base board as if it was never vacuumed.
The area is in a good location. But this facility needs upgrades throughout the building. The whole build smells of smoke even in the non-smoking rooms. The bedding smells of and leave your clothes stained with the smell. Found coach-roaches in the room. The carpets were dirty around all the edges of the floor.

United StatesRoom was disgusting. Bathtub filthy (see photos) dried urine on floor around toilet. Room obviously only vacuumed in walkways. Cockroaches. I stay at hotels for a living. I have only asked one time before to switch rooms. However, manager readily switched rooms for me, toilet looked clean, bathtub still filthy! I carry a black light with me… linens were clean. As you walked into hotel lobby, Instant “smell” also when you walked in and in hallways. Hotel manager, very few words and felt like he definitely didn’t care I was there.
