Would be nice if there is coffee and quick breakfast items offered in the morning. A coffee maker and mug would be nice. A mug would at least allow me to heat up the water to make my own coffee/tea. I understand it will add to the price but I'm willing to pay a few more bucks for the convenience myself. The location is bit remote and not close to major Interstate Highway so prepared for a lot of slower secondary roadway driving to get to the motel.

It's a no-frills, low-key, pocket-book friendly motel. Room is small and the decor is outdated BUT it's clean, functional, and the A/C works. Check-in was quick and efficient with a friendly staff. The parking is right outside of the room making unloading and unloading the luggage a breeze. There are two restaurants and a convivence store across the road. The bed is comfortable. My wife loves the low height comfy chair in the room. There are adequate power outlets for us to power the CPAC machine, laptop, and charge my phone & E-Book.

The guy running the front desk is very friendly. My room on the second floor appeared to be updated and was really nice. Parking at this motel is easy and is a close walk to downtown restaurants and even fly fishing! This place is fairly priced compared to some of the other mountain towns in New Hampshire.

The location was great and this motel is priced very fairly. The room was comfortable and had its own AC unit. I will gladly stay here again.

All the windows were unlocked. the location of the TV. No coffee maker or electric kettle. should post months hot tub is open.

The bed. It felt like I was sleeping directly on the box spring. I didn't sleep for two nights. But to be fair, my friend in the next bed said her bed didn't bother her.

What a nice pro-active way to check us in! Since we were arriving way too late we got the room key in an enveloppe at the door of the office with a friendly and welcoming text written on it. The room was quite large, everything super clean, and there was a great service of the household employees throughout our stay. The bed was huge and really comfortable, there wasn't any noise from our neighbours or the street, and the location is perfect within reach of dining opportunities, but especially within reach of the White Mountains National Forest. This is actually based in the quieter part around this National Forest yet only a couple of minutes drive away from hiking trails and more. Recommended stay and great price-quality!

There was no breakfast. It's a typical US motel, the reception staff were friendly. To eat in the evening, you just have to cross the road, there is a good Asian restaurant at reasonable prices, no need to take the car.

walking down the sidewalk of the hotel there is a drop that is only about 6 in but ,it comes out of nowhere and blends in. the first time I saw it and told the elderly woman with me (85) to watch out for it. the second time I walked right off it and twisted my ankle. thankfully I caught myself before falling. I believe that you need to mark that step,nothing is there to tell you that it is there. watch your step! I can't be the only person that has done this after that I walked in the parking lot.

As with any location, busy weekends charge double the typical price. But this is part of life.

Simple and nice. What I would expect from a nice little town. Comfortable and clean. Low key. The separate freezer was a bonus, not inside the mini fridge. Very helpful.

Convenient to every attraction! This is a Motor Inn like the good old days where one just rests until there next stop! Only in the room to sleep and it was a clean bed and hot shower! Felt safe and the owner Bob and his Son were so very nice! They called me as soon as the maid found my forgotten contact case! Will definitely be back again!

Great location right in town, walkable to several nearby restaurants. Room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. Check in and out was quick and gentleman at the front desk was friendly. Would return.

Location is good, close to attractions (hiking, mount Washington and ect). Nice Pick Nic area on the site.
