They don't offer breakfast of any sort, they did have coffee but a muffin or something would be nice to go with it.

Our room wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom. I have older kids that were looking forward to the slides in the water park and they were closed without notice.

The water park was great but I wish we knew the water slides were closed. The beach access was great and it was the cleanest beach around us! The check in was easy and the staff were all very nice.

mostly clean, bathroom was redone but there is room for improvement. Shower didn't have much pressure. No continental breakfast and pool didn't open until NOON the following day. Never even got to use it.

We didn't like that there were many updates that could be made that would make it a better stay, for example the pool are could be redone, the small children's pool needs a lot of repairs and a pair t job. There was a window missing and cardboard was put in place of the window. One day the kids pool area was super hot the next day. It was super cold. The lazy rivers water was clean one day and green the next. Also serving a continental breakfast again would be nice since the pandemic is over now. All in all its still a great place to stay, it would just be better if it was deep cleaned during the off season, painted and repairs made.

We loved that the water park was I side the hotel and that the staff is amazing.

No shuttles to anywhere except casino, no nearby food (as a disabled person this was challenging).

The windows in the room were DISGUSTING and with bugs in the window. The air conditioner did not work, very hot in our room.

Torn carpet repaired with duct tape, not at capacity so why put us in that room? Also right next to families with loud, feral children running the hallway and banging on doors. Maybe put the two adults by other adult travelers?

The location was not quite what I expected. I figured we would be closer to the bridge.

The room was clean. There were pently of towels and the standard soap, shampoo etc. They have you acknowledge that they do not have roomservice and if you need anything you should come to the desk. Nice lobby area. Refrigerator in the room. Great view of Mackinac Island and the Grand Hotel.

Rooms were a bit dirty, bathrooms were disgusting, had an inch of dirt under and behind the doors. A lot of spots on the walls, there were also a lot of flies in our room. The pool are wasn’t great, old raggedy equipment. Staff was exceptional though.

No Housekeeping services during the 4 night stay. Had to track down towels, no washcloths, no microwave in the rooms and the coffee and shampoo in the rooms were never replenished. No breakfast provided.

The rooms and hallways do have a bit of an odor. Things are aging and it shows with staining on the microwave, blankets, texture of the floor, etc. Bathroom was a little dirty and shower faucet was loose making it tricky to get the right temperature. We still slept fine and had a decent stay, just not worth the $300+ price tag for our family.

The location is convenient as it’s close to much of the “downtown” Mackinaw City and boats to Mackinac Island. The beach was nice and if we had a lake view, I’m sure it would be lovely.
