The pool was closed for water treatment the 3 whole days i was there. Whole reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and it was not available. Other than that everything was great!

ROOM SMELLED MUSTY. NEED CARPET EITHER REMOVED OR UPDATED. FRIDGE FROZE MY DRINK. AC DIDNT WORK AS WELL. WISH THE POOL AND HOT TUB HOURS WERE LONGER BC DID NOT GET TO USE IT DUE TO GOT BACK AFTER 10P.NEED TO PROVIDE LIQUID SHOWER SOAP NOT A BAR.

They did away with the make your own omelet station. Which I kinda understood with the price of eggs right now. But then they also got rid of the waffle maker.
The location was prefect for the event we attended. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.

The water pressure was really low. Also even with the water fully on hot it never even got warm. Just a cool temperature. The drain to the sink was really slow to drain and filled up fast. The tub looked like it had not been cleaned out.
The bed was very comfortable and from the looks of it everything was neat.

The first room I was put in the lock was broken on the inside because the door had been jimmied, there's no phone in the room so that I could call for a wake up call. The manager on duty was very kind so he offered me a different room that was larger. Those accommodations were very nice but the water was cold so I couldn't take a shower at night. I took a shower the next morning and I had to wait 15 minutes for the water to run to have lukewarm water to shower in. The phone in the second room didn't work. I couldn't get the TV to work in the bedroom. But the TV in the living room was on. But besides all of that I slept like a baby because it was so cold outside and the roads were so slick and despite everything the manager was wonderful thank you Al
I like the fact that it was close to my work. I like the fact that it was clean. The bed was very firm so my back liked it. I was given extra coffee and picked up some creamer so I was set for them evening and morning since I slept through breakfast.

The smell of the room.
The only thing that was off is when we first entered the room it had a funny smell. We were in room 222. Other then that the front desk associate that assisted us was very pleasant.

Hot tub had been out of service for weeks, which was the whole reason we picked this particular hotel. Facility was pretty worn down and cleanliness could’ve been better. Horrible water pressure in the shower. Beds were probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on and the “comforter” was practically plastic.
Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice. Location easy access to highways.

Breakfast was ok. Definitely need grits every morning. Hotel could use some fragrance in each room. It reeks off smoke and wet floor smell in alot of rooms. Housekeeping is great.

We booked non smoking room and someone had been smoking there it smelled do bad. I did report to desk but they just said ok Floors were very dirty throughout entire building Would have been great if they came and cleaned the room! There 2 nights, no one came

Our room smelled nasty like mold, mildew when we walked in. Started looking around and noticed where water had ran down the wall by our window and you could see mold up above the window. Went from two queen size beds, to a king size with a rollaway cot, and three people in the room. Nikki did what she could to get us the same room or a bigger and we appreciate that about her.!
We had an employee named Niki that was excellent! She was very caring about our issue and fixed it right away!

The liner of the swimming pool is breaking off and leaving sharp pieces in the bottom of the pool. There is also carpet coming up from the bedroom area to the tile flooring in the bathroom. There is mold growing on the ceiling tiles in the dining area as well that is very unattractive
The breakfast food and variety was very good. Very confined space for the amount of guests though. Seemed like plenty of dining space but the serving area is too small. Lines of people elbow to elbow

Our curtains looked like someone threw up on them. Around the toilet looked like it had pee on the bottom of the toilet. The maids were definitely unfriendly and made the use of the one elevator very difficult to use when trying to check out.
The pool was great, the rooms were nice and big.

The carpet in my room was damaged right where it meets the bathroom and the tack strip was exposed. There is also water damage on the ceiling tiles in the dining area and you can see black mold growing on it

They gave me a room that smelled like cigarette smoke, in fact the whole hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, I went to the front desk to tell them and they told me there were no more rooms available, I also placed an order on Amazon and they lost it at the front desk and the delivery information clearly stated the name of the person who received it and they did not give me a solution.
Since there was no room available without the smell of cigarette smoke, they told me that I would not have to pay for the stay. I will wait for the bank to release the transaction.

For an older hotel it was effectively ran and most of all staff were helpful and efficient. Clean comfortable beds and rooms.
