Staff was very friendly and professional. Provided assistance for me even though it was late. Made my stay very comfortable.

They need more lights 1 switch by door 1 light in room no light over desk bathroom fan rattled and towels were scratchy NO COFFEE avl on site

Staff made us wait while they talked to each other... father/ son? About something else? In another language... snd we pre-booked... check in shouldn't have been long wait time... and they had NO BATHROOM IN LOBBY... SO HAD YO AWAIT CHRCK TO GET TO ROOM! I BRFGED SEVERAL TIMES TO LET ME USE TOOM BATHROOM SND ID COME RIGHT BACK TO FINISH CHECK IN... ALTHOUGH IT WAS DINE ONLINE... AND PAID ONLINE! HE KEPT SAYING SORRY BUT CONTINUED TO IGNORE OUR MANY PLEAS TO USE A BATHROOM... UNTIL I SAID IM LEAVING ILL USE BATHROOM UP THE ROAD... I CANT WAIT AS I HAD STATED FOR 20+ MIN!AND EVEN THEN.. HE WAS SLOW CHECKING US IN!

The outside of the building was dirty and weathered, and the inside was clean, but old and dingy. The bathroom, though complete and functional, had not been put together with the most care and had not been upgraded in what seems like decades. The TV was big but bad picture quality. The outside of the building was very smelly in the morning

Front office staff was nice, and front office was clean. The room was appropriate for the price in terms of size and furniture. AC and Wi-fi worked no problem, and the bed was comfy. The electronic locks on the doors were modern, and there was plenty of parking.

The room was non-smoking, but the hall had a deep smell of smoke, which also enters the room. The room is modern and in good shape, but the bathroom is in need of renovation.

The location was convenient for us. Just outside of the city and before we had to return to the airport (Newark), coming back from a trip upstate. The room had three full-sized beds, which was very convenient for a family of 5

What I didn't like was seen hairs In the Bed (sheets)and in side the bathtub ,floor . The housekeeping have to clean the rooms much better and they need to inspected the rooms to make sure everything is clean... hiring more housekeeping.

What I like is in good area,and the front desk staff are nice. The rooms at the second floor are big.

Cheaper than anything else in the area. I was worried about my car being broken into at night, but it was fine. There was only one working plug near the bed; it was behind the head of the mattress, and I had to unplug the one bedside lamp to use it. The sheets were okay, but the top covers were cheap and old. The A/C worked well. Bathroom was a bit beat up, but serviceable.

I DIDNT LIKE THE SHOWER,THE HOT AND COLD WATER CAME OUT OPPOSITE ENDS AND THE TV REMOTE WAS BARELY WORKED,PILLOWS ARE LIKE NAPKINS,BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR,CHEAP AND CONVENIENT.

I LIKE THAT ITS RIGHT OFF THE HIGHWAY AND THE MALL IS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET.THE STAFF IS HELPFUL AND NICE

The walls were in need of repair- particularly in the bathroom. The heating system did not function well. I was there in Winter. The room very cold! I slept in my down coat.

The location near the exit from the Cuomo Bridge was easy to access.
