Beautiful hotel, great rooms, fantastic food….only to end up in a “bath tub “ size pool…..BiG Disappointment….also the quality of the cleanliness of the pool was questionable…..but having so many rooms for guests….
Room was perfect ….clean and AC working appropriately for our arrival. I loved the FOOD at the restaurant….small menu but all outstanding!!!! My respect to chef….he is a gem❤️……i loved the smell in the open area of the property also having cold water jars out for public to have….one with lemons as n d tint of cucumber , second pink lemonade….

Toilet was running. Flash from fire alarm was going. Overall esthetic was kinda dark. View from room was graveyard. ATM was broken. Shower pressure was weak.

I love the location, the property, garage parking, pet friendliness, and the food from the hotel. I stayed here the Christmas holiday and I loved it until it came to my Christmas dinner. It took 3 hours to get either undercooked steak or soggy brussel sprouts and much more. The night previously was amazing when we dined in but the staff on Christmas night were overworked but still very sweet except for the manager who was extremely unprofessional. From the way she dressed to her attitude, my guest and I were taken aback. When we disclosed our issues with the manager we were treated rudely and very nonchalantly. Was even told “I wish I would’ve known” even though we were telling her right then and there with food on our plates. A very insincere sorry was given that meant nothing. She also kept looking at us from afar not to check up on us (which she didn’t) but more so out of annoyance. It’s such a beautiful hotel to have staff acting like this because everyone else was amazing, but unfortunately she needs to do better.
