Super friendly team who can’t do enough for you. For a slightly quirky break from the usual Hilton’s and others typical of corporate travel - this was a nice change. The food was limited choice but great (blackened burger was so good I had it 3 times!) The breakfast was less compelling but more due to the buffet food sitting for quite some time. A great variety though and super friendly service. The two things I would say could improve it (but weren’t detrimental) were (1) put a mini fridge in the rooms, it was frustrating not to have anywhere to keep drinks or milk cool (2) please install a proper coffee machine in the restaurant / bar - not being able to provide a proper coffee with breakfast or afternoon felt a little out of kilter with the rest of the vibe of the hotel (and add extra capsules in the rooms!) The free shuttle service, especially at weekends was amazing. I didn’t know what to expect but was genuinely pleased. Thank you

Communication between Booking.com and hotel was atrocious. I had to call four times to change our room from a king bed to two double beds.

Floors were cold. Room was drafty and chilly until they moved me but still a little chilly. Wasn’t given enough details at check in

The tv internet did not work. The heat wasn’t working that well in room 227. They moved me to 334 the next day. But I should have been offered some sort of discount.

I thought the pool would be a little bigger.

I liked the location of the property and how it was a good distance from local attractions. It was really well taken care of and the rooms were nice and clean. Wish there was AC control, couldn’t seem to get the fan to operate.

Bathroom has very little privacy- the sliding door has a see through gap and the walls don't reach the ceiling so you can hear (and smell) everything. The silhouette of whoever is showering is visible to the room. Sink is way too small and awkward- hard to wash your face or brush teeth without bumping into the mirror. The room did not have a microwave or fridge, which we knew from the listing, but didn't know until checkout that we could have requested a fridge in the room. The room also had an odd smell from the concrete walls- consider sealing the concrete so it doesn't smell like a cave.

The location was very convenient. The room was moderately comfortable. Plush bed with clean linens. We didn't have any problems with noise. The shower had good pressure and hot water supply, and I liked the provided soaps.

My only complaint, I booked a Jr Suite but was put in a king room instead.

Could’ve been cleaned a little more in the common areas and the bathroom sink was ridiculously small! But I get the concept & industrial feel to the rooms. My AC unit was also leaking onto the ground.

The area wasn't the greatest, but the building itself was super cool and unique.

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I cannot brag enough on Quentin, "Q" - he was PHENOMENAL!!! The chef was extremely kind as well, and they really made the night special.
