I showed up 30 minutes early and even though I tried calling several times to ask about early check in, I asked if it would be a big deal to check in early. There was hardly anyone already here, they let me know it’d be $25 more to check in early. I agreed but turns out they charged me $30 more. Beds are uncomfortable and had a funky musty smell.

It was a little different from the pictures, I didn't like the smell of cigarettes in the room. Service at night was just okay.

Location close to the road, I was accommodated in the place because of the Air Show in Oshkosh. It had air conditioning, bathrooms as expected, microwave to heat food and a small fridge. Wifi worked fine, but I couldn't turn on the TV. Reasonable for the price, I believe it was put to good use by truckers. Had a parking lot in front of your room.

Could have been cleaned better, walls were kinda gross especially by the garbage cans and even though the beds were comfy the mattress were stained up.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good.

I .checked out because the bathroom smelled like pee. I asked at the desk for toilet brush and they didn't have one. the room hadn't been dusted in awhile..I checked out on the 11th. I had to pay thru the 15th. booking.com said they were very sorry for my inconvenience. Butt no refund would be given. I've spent over $7500 going thru booking.com since June. I want my money back.

I ARRIVED AT 7 AM BECAUSE THE WEBSITE SAYS CHECK IN STARTS AT 7 AM. I WAS UP ALL NIGHT AND WANTED TO TAKE A NAP BEFORE SUMMERFEST. THEY SAID NO, CHECK IN STARTS AT 1 PM. NEEDLESS TO SAY, A DAY WITH NO SLEEP AND AGGRAVATION AT THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING TIME OF 7 AM LED TO ME NOT EVEN STAYING THE NIGHT. NEVER USED THE ROOM AT ALL SINCE I WENT TO SUMMERFEST AT 1 PM. CAME BACK TO THE ROOM AT 7;30 PM AND CHECKED OUT, MISERABLE AND TIRED. LATER VALUE INN OFFERED ME A $25 CREDIT BUT THEY STILL FALSELY ADVERTISE CHECK IN IS AT 7 AM. VALUE INN KENOSHA LIST CHECK IN AS 2 PM. HAD VALUE INN OAK CREEK BEEN HONEST, I WOULD HAVE HAD A GREAT TIME. AS IS, THEY REALLY DESERVE THIS BAD REVIEW.

Drunk people outside being loud all night. The bed wasn't very comfortable and it had a very old smell the room like my grandparents house.

The room was one where you don't really want to touch anything. I used the frayed, stringy towels to clean the furniture a little, wiping off crumbs and ancient debris. The sheets seemed clean. Didn't touch the bathroom. Stains all over the walls, musty smell. Avoid this place.

Saturday night we came back to the motel about 11:30 pm. Neither of our room keys would open our room door. The staff had gone home for the night and no one was there to give us keys that worked. We had to rent a room at a different motel to have a place to sleep for the night. My wife's medicine was locked in our room and she missed a dose because of that. Next morning they refused to refund us any money and said we had to work through you to get any thing.

None of the brands we usually stay at were available. This place has very low standards and the clientele was questionable.

The room has a smell, a lamp worked for a day, another lamp had stains on the lampshade, the bedcover had cigarette holes, pillows were awful, there are fruit flies in the bathroom.

The room clearly hasn't had a deep cleaning in some time. The refrigerator was not sanitary to use.

The staff was friendly and went above to help us out with a late check in.
