We were there for three nights and they didn’t change out our towels or trash until we asked on the last night. To their credit they were very quick in doing that when we asked, just felt like they should have done that.

The property was very clean and all staff members were exceedingly friendly.

They advertised that they serve breakfast but they don't. They have a Penny's Diner that they also own next door that is outrageously expensive and extremely understaffed. One lady was waiting tables and cooking and after I ordered a glass of milk I found out it was almost $8 a glass. This is an extremely small town and I live here. Was only staying at the hotel a few days during some home renovations. This is not a tourist town and has no major attractions. Really couldn't understand the price gouging!

Hotel was very clean staff was very courteous and helpful. Beds were comfortable and it was nice and cool in the rooms when it was almost a hundred degrees outside!

I would like to have used cash to pay but they don't accept it. The booking site didn't say that I had to use a card except for the reservation. I need a debit card but would've preferred to use cash as that was what I brought. Also wish they offered simple breakfast foods with the coffee.

first room was 130+ feet from the only entrance due to construction. elderly husband cannot walk that far. next room was fine until the next night when the door wouldn’t open. so to the desk I go. they didn’t even have me in the new room they just knew someone was in there. so after a very aggravating discussion I mentioned the room number of the original room, and low and behold the room number was never changed. I had tried to call the Travelodge 800 number but the foreign agent could not understand anything I was saying and wanted me to spell city and state. after about 20-25 minutes I had a key that would let me into the building and into my room. next morning something told me to go by the office and talk to day manager. good thing I did because my key wou not have worked that night. but then when I ask about maid service I am told that extended stays (6 nights) do not get maid service unless requested. and after two nights that was the first time I had been told about that. so in the end we got maid service 2 times out of our 6 night stay. probably will not stay at a Wyndham property again.

Smoking area right outside the front door. The carpet in public and room hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The shower curtain was gross. No drinking cups or ice machine.

There was no early check-in even when I requested it. The female receptionist was friendly and polite. The male receptionist was very standoffish, not very friendly. We were going to pay with cash. The property does not accept cash. No, where online or at the property does it state no cash. We come to Dexter every year for a family reunion and were looking for a hotel to keep going to. Looks like it will not be this property.

The price was fair was pretty clean. Right next door to a diner.
