The floor was surprisingly dirty as in dirty feet after a shower. Seems like a lot of hotels fail to steam mop the floor regularly which is a 5 minute task.

Nice quiet room, good value, good pool area. 5 minute drive to the free downtown parking structure.

Cleanliness. There were small bugs on the floor needed to be swept up . Was told that this is what happens in the desert. Our room faced a main road and it could be noisy .

I loved the salt water pool. Even though the water temp Was a little chilly it was big enough for me to swim laps which was great. Jacuzzi was nice too. Good location.

The facilities do not match the photographs. The pool deck area needs to be sprayed down daily, which it was not. The rug at the top of the stars into the pools is full of hair, that everyone tracks into the pool, needs to be vacuumed daily or removed all together. I do not believe the pool was cleaned daily, as there were tons of bugs and hair floating around.

The location to downtown Palm Springs was good. In addition there are restaurants close by. There were a lot of open chairs by the pools. The fridge size in the room was larger than most hotel mini fridges. The room was decorated nicely. Bed was firm but comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Music by the pool was great.

The restrooms didn’t have a vent in them. I had bugs and spiders in my room that appeared at night. You can tell the room was cleaned in a hurry, as there was still hair in the shower, vanity, and floor from the previous occupant. The rooms were not consistent either as mine was different and more appealing from my colleagues rooms.

Parking was light and convenient for me to my room nearby. I think I stayed in the demo room because my room was much nicer than my colleagues that stayed at this hotel as well. My room had a ceiling fan and their rooms did not. Bonus for me as it was much needed. Staff were kind and helpful!

The pools and spa are great. Staff are friendly and really helpful. I had a good little walk into town but is a short Uber ride for anyone not wanting to walk that far.

Wifi didn't work. Main page told us to contact the office, which closed at 11pm. Coffee maker in the room didn't work. Bathroom fan didn't work or was disconnected.

My only criticism is the misleading photo in the booking.com listing wasn't actually our room? Not sure. Ours was quite dark, being I think, north facing? The fridge was quite loud and would go on and off in the night.

The location was perfect. We were up and out early doors to walk around Palm Springs. Beautiful surreal place, we felt very safe and the locals we came across were super lovely. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Clean room. Plenty of parking. Coffee at reception. The best thing is swimming pools - one heated, one cold with sea water, and two (!) hot tubs. There’s also a very decent gym. We were there mid-March and there were very few people using the facilities even though the hotel was mostly occupied during the weekend.

I’ve machine was broken but staff gave out bags of ice when requested. I wished they restocked the coffee and creamer between days.
