The worst is the aircon. Whenever individual rooms turn their machine on (which in summer is ofter) there is a loud rumbling sound from the air drum that only ceases when the machine reaches the set temp and cuts out. Particularly loud in your own room, but it also wakes you through the night from other rooms. For this reason alone I would probably look to one of the neighbouring hotels in future.

this place sits in a row of similar hotels one main block from the beach. It is sort of midway between shops and restaurants. The room is a decent size, though lacking in lighting over the computer table.om servicing is only done on request, which I guess is sensible (it's free when you ask for it).

Limited amenities: While the hotel offered basic amenities like Wi-Fi and a pool there were no additional facilities such as a restaurant or breakfast bar. The decor in the rooms and common areas felt outdated and in need of a refresh. Windows don't open. Lack of soundproofing: Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms could be intrusive at times.

A Solid Stay with Room for Improvement My recent stay at offered a comfortable and convenient experience, yet left some areas for improvement. Spacious rooms:The rooms were generously sized, providing ample space to move around and store luggage. Bathroom was small. Comfortable beds: The beds were plush and provided a restful sleep. Said it was 500ft. to beach and that may be true but there was no close access. Very disappointing! Pool was nice but not as big as big as they advertise.

Room was a little dated but clean. Lighting was not the best making room dark. Bed was ok but pillows were skimpy. Kitchenette didn’t have the basic essentials….ie. can opener, salt & pepper shakers, paper towels. One of the two elements/burners on the cooktop didn’t work. The very large fry pan for a very small stovetop burner made cooking difficult. No toaster or kettle although they provided a toaster after I requested one. Fridge next to bathroom and not next to kitchenette.

Location. Beach access was NOT easy. Being on opposite side of the street left it challenging to get to the beach due to the private hotel properties restricting access in the beach side. Beat the purpose and for this reason alone I would never return

We did not like the noisy fridge, the pool closure by the Health Dept, the inability to actually access the beach "700ft" from the hotel. The skimpy hotel towels.

We liked that the kitchenette had a few dishes and some cutlery available.

Small reception area - no electric kettle ( although advertised ) We asked for one , but heard no more - However we were given a toaster ( but I didn't know how to make a cup of tea with it) . Hotel seems to be geared for short stay visitors , not long stay . While we were there , there were many overnight stayer's from the many cruise ships that dock at Fort Lauderdale .

Location near to amenities ie; bus , stores, restaurants/bars and beach - Nice pool and sunbeds . Only a bus ride away (55) from Inter-Miami Stadium . Well worth a visit (you can get tickets on the day - if your very lucky)

I loved the location the most - right next to the beach! The carpets made the halls a bit stuffy and there was no deadbolt our door, but overall a pleasant stay.

Only one staff on duty to check in people. Lots of people in the lobby waiting. 10 minutes to check in one person is too long.

Breakfast, the active directions to the one restaurant in walking distance. People there were very nice, thick accents, but did the best they could. No help getting your bags into the room.

When we booked this venue. The pictures we had of the hotel were with beach/sand/ocean. When we got there we are over a block from the ocean. So why the beachfront and pictures on the website for future renters. One of the other things was the lack of a breakfast of any kind. When we ask at the desk for restaurants were, they handed this nice paper, to use to navigate the area. We walked 4 blocks and found a McDonalds, and a bar....There was a border of cement between the east and west roads, causing us to have to go to the right and them cut back at a light to go to the left. The road is amazingly bumper to bumper traffic, loud nose, terrible trying to cross the road.

There was no continental breakfast, it was 30 minutes from the airport and cruise terminal, we had to pay for the shuttle both from the airport and to the cruise terminal, not a fan of the driver, and it was just as expensive as places closer, with a free shuttle and breakfast.

The people at the front desk were nice. The shuttle did wait for us even though our plane was late and showed up on time to take us to the cruise terminal.

Liked the location. Walkable (about 7/10 of a mile to either the water taxi at Bokamper's or to Lauderdale by the Sea commercial area restaurants, etc.
