The beach was right there

I did like the room it was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. There was mold all over it and black mold all over the mirror. The entire place can use a revamp that made service was horrible.

This was not the hotel you have as displayed. My room looked nothing like this. You have the wrong images for this hotel. I had wallpaper falling off, cracks in the sink. Paint chipped all on the floor and I came here with my 1 year old child. There was a bug in the carpet in the room. Truly disappointed I spent my money on this hotel that I had to leave and actually go to the royal hotel for my last day because it was just not safe there.

Beach, rooftop pool, parking and location were good.

Had shower water from room above us leaking into our bathroom for days. Had to move one night for it to be fixed, and they didn't fix it, just replaced the ceiling tile. Then when we moved for the night they resold our room!! We still got our room, but leak wasn't fixed for 3 days. Was promised a $100 day refund per day from manager Matt. (300 bucks). When I tried to get the refund through booking.com, the hotel denied it. Complete rip off.

The Bayside private beach was excellent!! Pillows were comfortable!!

Water pressure was awful!! The shower got either way hot or way cold when you had it set where you wanted!! The beds were very hard felt like you were sleeping on boards and it's 2 miles from the boardwalk so be prepared to drive everywhere you go!!

Location was good with many restaurants close by. The beach was across street, but beautiful bay sunsets.

Building needs some updates, shower was horrible, no water pressure at all.

The beach & pool were wonderful. Staff was friendly.

We didnt have towels when we arrived . We also decided to stay an extra night and got double billed. Trying to get that situated now.

The room cleaners sucked! We never got the right amount of towels and they never changed the sheets except for the last day!!

Private bay beach for the littles

Liked the private beach, large bayside balcony room and full size fridge Lots of covered parking

Cleaning products were a little overpowering and a/c was very loud

Asked for towels multiple times and never got any

Place was clean and comfortable. Great location. Perfect bay side beach for toddlers, big beach right across the street. Next to perfect locations for sweets like ice cream!

Toilets take forever to flush. May need an update.
