All communication with the host seems to be done through text messages. To which they will not respond if you have any issues or complaints. I stayed for two nights in the same room. On night two around 9pm, I found 3 COCKROACHES in a matter of 20minutes. I checked out (there was no one in the front office at this time), and wrote an email and text message to the management to let them know that I did not complete my stay. I also requested a refund for the second night, since I had to leave in the middle of the night & Uber to a new hotel. This was on a night I had to be up very early the next morning for work. No response after multiple attempts. Terrible customer service here..Especially as I was trying to be fair and told them they could keep the reservation money from the first night, and was asking them to meet me halfway in night number two.

Like I said, we was lucky to see Steve around at arriving with out him probably will be sleeping in the street, no body in this place to receive us, or box for late arrival, no text, no communication at all from any of the staff no even for return the keys, it was just a hole for sleep.

2 minutes walking distance to the beach. And an employee Steve very nice person, very helpful in our welcoming.

The overall experience was phenomenal, had a great time walking in the beach at night, we enjoyed the live performance they had while we ate great food. I love Ocean Drive Villas.

Weird smell, it was a bit cold so a spare blanket would have been great. Tried to reach the hotel by phone but no response so had to sort out myself which was not a big deal but a bit annoying

The only thing I didn't like was in my room with the double beds. It didn't have a smart TV which was kind of difficult for the kids who wanted to watch YouTube.

I absolutely loved the location. The beds were so big and comfortable. And the manager he was so nice and great. I plan and got delayed so we checked in very late and even though the office was closed the manager still left My door code and the keys for me. He even let us check out late which was great because you were checking into our Airbnb the next day and we had a late check in time for that so it was great that me and my family didn't have to find something to do until check-in time so I definitely appreciate it.

We got notification that our rooms were ready. We got there and then we were told that the rooms were not ready. 2 feet outside of our door. There was a man working on a washing machine, making it difficult to get in and out of our room the day we arrived. not a problem the gentleman needed to do his work that Fleis put us in a room right there? With all the rooms available your manager could’ve put us in a different room…. Outside of our door, there were comforters and towels laying on the bushes. There was a coffee pot, one filter, and no coffee we realized in the morning. We went to the office and there was a sign saying they will be back in 15 minutes. We checked and no one returned for an hour and a half..

Property was beautifully designed and enjoyed the casual spaces among the rooms.

We stayed for 10 days, and never once received housekeeping of any kind. We never got fresh clean sheets and staying a block from the beach sand did get in the bed. Never received any clean towels, took out all my own trash and cleaned my own room daily.

I liked the location, I felt safe and it was quiet at night which is helpful since I’m a light sleeper. The kitchen area was very nice, they left you with plates and utensils, microwave and full size fridge.

The couch was horrendous. Sheets were covering it, and two of the cushions were flat. Had to put pillows on top of cushions in order to sit on the thing. Bed was so hard. Just like a concrete slab. Charged $20 @ day to park on the property. Heard every footstep from people in above room.

Place was roomy. Kitchen and bathroom up to date. Big working refrigerator. Parking right next to room. Great location.
