The floor in our room was pretty dirty as if it hadn’t been mopped in a long time.

Great location, walking distance from pretty much everything you need. Beautiful views of the city an ocean. The was nice an clean smelled wonderful. great view of the city/ocean didn't have a balcony but had a little patio to go. Definitely would stay again 10/10

It was noisy, like I could hear other people walking past the room and could hear the rooms as I walked by them. I could smell what other people were cooking through the vents in our room. The "kitchen" was very small, and the refrigerators should open in the other direction. You could not get through the kitchen if the refrigerator was open (that would not change if the door was flipped). The children's beds (2 bedrooms: 1 king, 2 twins) were set up in the first room you entered, right by the door. I did not like this as it is a security and safety issue. One of the toilets did not always fill after flushing. Property upkeep is important when you are also trying to sell vacation clubs...

Did not like I couldn't use the pool while I was there. Someone did something ugly, maybe one of the little diaper kids 💩. Also, the marijuana stench was overwhelming. I choose not to smoke cigarettes nor weed and should not be subject to either inside the facility.

I didn’t appreciate that. The pool was closed most of the time and when it was open, it was a adult time and kids time but the kids were still they’re doing the adult time.

I understand they were short staffed but we found sand in our bed. Had to wait 20-30 minutes after the check-in time. One of the staff wasn't very welcoming at the separate desk in the lobby.

The hotel is outdated and dirty. Room wasn’t the cleanest and hair was found in the bathroom. The hallways had horrible smells, and stains all over the floor it wasn’t presentable. The elevators were so slow and always crowded so me and family often had to wait to get on. Parking was tight and small it was a nightmare trying to park. Also you can hear fighter jets over the hotel every day which was annoying and I saw a drone hovering over my head while standing on the balcony which was strange. The walls are super thin, you can hear what the neighbors are doing next door and I’m sure they can hear you. Overall, it wasn’t worth the $$. I definitely won’t return.

It was okay. The jacuzzi and the pool was fun, beds were super comfortable. The cooling unit was amazing considering how hot it’s been. The balcony was nice.

One elevator was broken at one point. Both elevators were very very slow. - I was not the only person saying that. Reception area looks unorganized and thrift store looking furniture. 2nd bed was sofa sleeper. Peeling paint in bathroom Saw what looked like a beetle in bathroom Hallways smelled musty
