While it is true that the building is historic, we take pride in preserving its original Art Deco style, and it is kept in excellent condition. Regarding the carpets you mentioned, we are actually in the process of renewing them, as we do every year. We also regret that you did not fully enjoy our complimentary continental breakfast. It is a courtesy we provide so that guests may have something at the hotel before going out to enjoy the city, without the need to immediately look for another place to have breakfast. Lastly, our rooms are indeed equipped with cookware and kitchenware, and we do have portable stoves available upon request at the reception. If you had asked, we would have gladly provided one for your use. We truly appreciate your visit and your feedback, which helps us to keep improving.

Since the building is an original Art Deco property protected by the city, it is not possible to make structural modifications such as adding an elevator.
