The floors could have been cleaned better. We found a piece of food and garbage on the floor next to the couch and a used washcloth in the bathtub. The bathroom floors could have been cleaned better also.

This was in a great location close to the beach and right in town. Cute updated room with extra sink microwave and minifridge. The staff were very friendly. It was a great price. We had a nice stay overall and will visit again.

The room did not really look like I was expecting based on the pictures provided through booking.com. The photos made the rooms appear much larger - I mean there was a couch and table in addition to the bed! We had a room with 2 queen beds, one itsy bitsy table and one tiny office chair - no where to eat! I think if it had been just 1 person, that would have been ok. Also, there was not really any counter space to put personal effects or prepare a sandwich. After we arrived, we compared the pictures to the rooms we walked by and it appeared if you needed a couch, then you only got 1 bed - totally tracks - but I would have appreciated the photographs to represent the available rooms. I am not an experienced traveler - so maybe next time I will call the staff and ask for a description prior to booking. That said, I would book here again, I'll just ask if they have a larger room!

Very clean - the room was bright and airy. The beds were nice and the location was fantastic. It was fairly well sound insulated - I could not tell there were other hotel rooms located on the back of the unit.

The fact that every time we turn the TV on, we had to manually set it to where we could watch TV like somebody has used a fire stick or their computer into the t. V, so the setting was completely off.. And the fact that the toilet ran all night lono no matter what you did, it wouldn't stop. Like, the pressure release valve would have spurts, where it would go on and off all night.Long matter what you did , you couldn't get it to stop.

The door to enter our room didn't work properly. it was missing cover for key. The door was hard to unlockbecause it was hard to see where the big key was to fit in the slot for key. There was plenty of lights in all the rooms , But felt like they could have been a little brighter especially in the kitchen, The stove/oven was missing baking sheets had to cut Pizza to fit in round cake pans. The stove needed to be cleaned.

The apartment style room was very nice with full size stove/oven and fridge which we used. The layout of room was nice you had a living room, eat in kitchen, good size bathroom and of course the 2 bedrooms and a very nice bacony with sitting area plus a picnic table for eating outside. We really enjoyed our quiet stay. This is definely our home away from home.💕💕💕

We checked-in around 10:45pm. Lights at the check-in office were turned-off and dark. We called the number posted at the door and someone inside turned on the light and let us in. We were told by the staff that the office closes at 11pm. This was not communicated on the email or noted at the website.

Not having extra amenities, like paper towels, garbage bags. Having one small trash can and no extra bag is ridiculous. The lobby not being open to ask for the extra amenities when it’s stated it’d be open 4pm-10pm.

Some sort of desk / eating table would have been nice. There was only a small, low coffee table. Only one couch was necessary. Removing the second couch would create space for an eating table (inside). The thermostat appears to be broken. We had to completely turn off the heat to get the heater to stop.
