It is a 1 bedroom and the bed is very comfortable. Pull out couch needs an upgrade. However, blow up mattress is great

The apartment was nice. Comfortable but the tub and the shower needed be cleaned better. Change the shower curtain.

Is our 4th time visiting luau and San Destin beach. The pool and the beach are amazing. Luau in general is a nice place. I like that we have grill to prepare bbq 😄

They were doing construction on the outside, which we were unaware of. It wasn't too disruptive, though. The door to the balcony was broken or something. I couldn't get it open. We also couldn't park our van in the garage due to the height restriction (which isn't the host's fault).

The condo met our needs. It was nice. The location was great! It was a short walk to the beach and was really on a nice property. It had a nice pool, also. It is really difficult to find wheelchair accessible condos, so we were glad to find this place.

The commode would randomly make a loud running noise like every 20 minutes and it would literally wake you up out of a deep sleep. They don't have any small towels. We had to purchase our own.

Condo wasn’t the best, the door to balcony was messed up and also had some kind of food stuck to roof. Also had to fight with trying to pair remotes to tv, to be able to watch tv… and the Roku in the living room didn’t work. Also didn’t have much hot water.

Could have been a little cleaner in the bedroom area. It was hair in the bed & on the bathroom floor & rug by the tub. We just washed everything over & cleaned before using. Other than that, everything was ok.

It was very noisy, could hear people in the hallway and the condos above every time they flush the toilet you could hear the water pipes, very difficult to get a good nights sleep

The a/c vent is a problem. The constant air made sitting on the sofa a challenge. Plus, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. It looked like someone tried to clean it up but missed

There was barely any storage in kitchen, just a sliver of ocean view from the deck, bit of a walk to the beach, thick layer of dirt/dust on air vents, thick black mold surrounding tub tile.

The upscale vibe was nice. The island pool near the towers was awesome! Very comfy bed and pillows. View from Sunset Deck on 20th floor was amazing at night!

The condominium could use some renovations and deep cleaning. The walls were not clean especially in the bathroom. The doors didn’t close easily and had to be lifted to close. The electric wall covers were broken. The bathroom floor tile was cracked. The furniture was dated. The tub was very slippery and had cracks around the surface. The top of the refrigerator was nasty!

The location and beach access was perfect! The entry on San Destin Blvd was beautiful. It’s very safe and family friendly. I loved the bars onsite and nice pool.

The heat did not work at all called several times because it was Christmas weekend nobody was available to fix it . the temperatures were in the twenties every day ,for the most part we just stayed wrapped up. The other issue was this unit had not been properly cleaned in a while as the ceiling fans were full of dust as was air ducks and on top of all taller things .

There was no food options with this property however there was plenty of places in the area near this condo and Rocky recemented one that was very good .

I was okay with the room. But was a little disappointed cause I thought it supposed have been beachfront or ocean view, but it turned out to be really nice
