Property is a bit outdated and due to the position of the unit it was hard to get good airflow. But overall a great value.

Convenient location next to a great beach that is safe for kids. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and staff were very friendly.

Minimal dresser space in bedroom

The view was awesome! The landscape was well manicured. The central location on the island was very convenient. The lanai was exceptionally large and comfortable. The tradewinds kept the condo cool even without air conditioning.

We struggle to get in. Lucky the security guard was able to help with a call to the booking center.

Too many crowing roosters that start about 4 am and go on for the rest of the morning but this is just how it is in Kauai

Really great location. Beautiful ocean view from our 3rd floor balcony. Very close to the ocean and Lydgate Beach park and town stores. Great all around

the bedroom is situated towards parking and in the morning it can be a bit noisy, also due to the chickens and roosters, don't forget the earplugs :)

Nice condo, with fully equiped kitchen, nice view from the balcony on the beach and the pool. Spacious space, equipement for the beach, snorcheling, towels, etc.

Bottle of wine when we arrived. Ocean front view from whole width of veranda, as wide as unit. Magnificent sunrises. All amenities included...beach chairs, boogey board, full kitchen. Lygart Beach full of fish walking distance. Trade winds cooled down inside and ear plugs geatly helped roosters crowing.

No air conditioning, especially in the bedroom. A little touch up paint could go a long way in improving the over all look

The condo was supplied with all of the vacation items a traveller could want, beach chairs, hats, cooler, guide book and much more. It was exceptionally clean with a well stocked kitchen. Stunning view and beautiful grounds.

Great location right on the water. A short (1/3 mile) walk to snorkeling at Lydgate Park Beach. Condo is very large and very clean. Condo is older but kept up nicely. Could use some updated appliances, but that’s a very minor issue. All in all a great find.

Location was good, mid island so we could drive to most areas easily. It was quite and comfortable. Third floor offered lovely view. Loved that the morning sun hits the deck, although it was windy we could sit outside and enjoy a beverage while enjoying the ocean.

The condo itself is a tad dated, but well equipped and comfortable. It is on the third floor with no elevator.

We were just so sad to see how expensive it has gotten to visit/stay on Kauai.

The location was fantastic. We walked and swam the local beach daily. We loved the well kept grounds. Our condo had an amazing view from the lanai with great airflow. I loved that our hosts provided lots of extras which we appreciated using.

Middle of the night rooster calls. That was a surprise but part of the island.

The view from the balcony was spectacular, especially at sunrise. Plus the added bonus of occasionally spotting a whale. The properties location was centrally located on the island, making visiting sites north or south a convenient drive

The balcony had wood rot and my husband almost fell through, the plug drain in the bathtub fell off. There was no AC. Wasn't aware it was on the third floor. Two microwaves (one broken) and dishwasher rack was falling apart. Hide a bed was very hard to get out. The coach is totally different than in the pictures.

The view was spectacular. The pool was heated and a great area. Extra linens. Chairs and boogy board, sand toys and sun hats for use.

The inside of the property needs additional upgrades and updates. The dated curtains were partially hung and the curtain rod is rusty and falling apart. The bed is needing an upgrade. The platform frame is not much better than a fancy cot. The dishwasher needs to be repaired or replaced. The door spring is broken and the heavy door falls when opened if not held onto tightly...kind of dangerous. It was somewhat noisy-not including the roosters! We could hear cars coming and going most of the night. The deck area has two spots that need immediate repairs. One was covered by a piece of plywood. The other is a sinking hole that is not very safe. The bathtub and fixtures need to be updated.

The beach front/view location is the best! The property is well cared for and well maintained...pool, landscaping. Beautiful location. The interior items were well organized and easy to find. We really appreciated the bottle of wine, chocolate and coffee...very nice welcome gifts. Most of the furniture was really nice and the kitchen is mostly upgraded. The deck furniture is very nice and comfortable.
