Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesStaff at the front desk was smoking Marijuana and I almost choked and threw up but he Glady said it was him and he had a medical Marijuana card and could smoke any time not even caring that we told him my aunt has asthma 😒

United StatesBathroom was old,older rooms, AC was so cold I turned it off at one point. Overall, it was ok for my stop on a long drive south. Outdated rooms and I wouldnt use the shower. Toilet seemed like it may clog . Bed was okay , free breakfast was fine. Didn't stay long enough to really give a thorough review .

United StatesProperty needs to be updated by owners to bring it back to its original style. My first room had hair on one bed and a bad dirt spot on the other one. Manager gave me another one which was better. I saw hair again on the breakfast counter when I was getting food the following morning. Elevator was old and musty! I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for top quality accommodations.
Great location to downtown and to shopping! It’s next to the mall!!! Older property vintage style with beautiful vineyard.

United StatesThe location of the ice machine on the door map was a quest to nowhere. Never could find it, and to be fair, I didn't ask. Because the hallways are all interconnected it's a bit noisy with people in and out at times. Had a group going room to room through out the second night that was a bit noticeable. Not major. Minor complaints about the dated living area decor and non smart tvs.
Location was awesome, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. Helped us get the room we needed flawlessly. Breakfast in the morning was good the first morning a little more sparse the second (not the hotels fault). Inside of building looks pretty cool as well. Them ac units are STRONG, almost frozen my own self out of the room. 😄

United StatesThe elevator was shaky and scary. The breakfast and coffee was gross. And the vending machine didn’t vend the pop all the way and it got stuck and the man at the front desk didn’t really speak good English so we couldn’t understand each other, so I had to drive down the road to get a drink at 11 pm. Also the headboard on the bed was broken and any time someone walked in the other room it would move.
The rooms were nice, the shower was nice, and it was a big hotel for the money. The kids enjoyed the pool for a little bit.

United StatesIt's time to upgrade the furniture inside the rooms. The curtains need to be cleaned and a lot of the room furniture/upholstery redone or replaced. It's not a bad hotel, but just like they upgraded outside and lobby areas the rooms can use some spruce up. It's decent but old.
