Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesLittle things are starting to get overlooked. A clogged drain in the bathroom sink. A light switch that wouldn't work next to the bed. Things that I'm sure housekeeping has brought up to management that just didn't get handled.
The place for nice overall. The rooms were clean. The pool area was beautiful. The breakfast was OK; nothing to write home about. Typical waffles, sausage, eggs, and sausage gravy. Someone said there was bacon but wasn't when we were there. Not bad, but typical. Beds were semi comfortable.

United StatesWe were disappointed that some of the breakfast items ran out well before the end of the breakfast time.
We have stayed here multiple time while visiting our MSU student. It is only 10 minutes from campus. The rooms are always clean and spacious.

United StatesWe stayed in a jacuzzi king suite room and everything was functional but we were a bit turned off by mold growing on the walls and ceiling in the master suite. We knew it was condensation from the tub on the walls… but a little bleach to wipe down the walls or something was definitely needed. Also, the small fridge in our room leaked water and didn’t seem to get very cold, but was a fine temp for what we used it for. There was an overall lack of staff presence during our stay. The most staff we saw was 2 employees cleaning up at the end of morning breakfast. During our stay we inquired at the front desk about bedding for the pull out couch in our room and an employee, who seemed to be running everything alone, said “ he’d bring it up to us if he could remember” and didn’t seem to know where to find the bedding. We did end up getting the bedding for the couch for our kids and it all worked out. The only other thing I would mention is that there were no towels for the pool, and a lack of supervision in the pool and weight room. There was a traveling sports team staying at the hotel during our stay with tons of boys ages 10-16. These boys were all over the place, running in the pool area, throwing footballs and hitting other customers in the pool area, throwing garbage down on the pool deck. My fiancé and I were the only grown ups in the pool area with tons of children for hours trying to keep things under control. A person from the hotel should be coming in to check on things in the pool area periodically.
Morning breakfast was good and had lots of options for people of all diet restrictions. We walked to the lobby late in the evening and I was surprised to find fresh decaf coffee and flavored creamers.

United StatesIt was a little outdated, as far as room decor. The rooms also could have been a bit larger. No hot tub. Although the rooms were clean, they could've used a bit of extra TLC or a deep clean along baseboards, drains, etc. Updating the decor would also help. It wasn't grimy or anything. Just a in need of a light polish.
The hot breakfast was great. The pool area was nice, although multiple guests were disappointed to find there wasn't a hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the room had a larger size fridge and fullsize microwave. The staff were all courteous and handled themselves with dignity and grace in a very busy college graduation weekend, along with other events.
